- everything is on stream, there are a lot of people, there is no individuality. When we were there, the occupancy of the Sultan Hotel was 86% (in other hotels 20-30%).
- a lot of stairs in the hotel, it will be difficult for older people to go down and up the stairs.
- Taf-Taf bus runs from the sea to the main building every 30 minutes.

- the hotel is located in a bay, there is not much wind and all the days you could swim in the sea.
- the coral reef is beautiful, but not like, for example, in Nubian.
- it is better to dive on a wooden pontoon, which is on the left (if you look at the sea) and it is more stable.
- wi-fi catches both near the reception and in the rooms (the children watched cartoons).
- I recommend upon arrival at the airport (before the exit on the left - Vodafone counter) to buy a Vodafone card for 3.5 GB for $5. This is quite enough for 7-10 days. Ask the consultant to immediately insert into the phone and activate the card!
- dinner in the Indian and Italian restaurants must be ordered immediately, on the first day of settlement. It makes no sense to go to an Indian restaurant.
- the staff is friendly and educated. They love children and pay attention to them. There is no compulsion. Without harmfulness and tightening, they solve your problem.
- the children blocked the safe, the problem was solved after 10 minutes: the security guard came with the administrator and opened it with a key.
- there are shopping arcades near the hotel, we bought mainly mango ($1 per 1 kg) and pomegranate ($1 per 1 kg).
- when checking into a hotel, I recommend taking rooms 373-380 (standard) with a sea view in the second row. It is not necessary to pay extra, in our case we asked - they gave us.
- the water slide by the pool is for children only, adults are not allowed to move out. Warm water.
- the food will be varied and rich for those who are in Egypt for the first time.
- it is not worth going to the excursion "Key of Health" recommended by the hotel guide (as a result, visiting one Turkish leather store).
