Good day! I decided immediately upon my return, while everything is in my memory, to leave a review about this hotel. Many reviews have helped me a lot. This is our first time in Egypt and we are very glad that we ended up in Sultan Gardens. The hotel is large, beautiful area, everything is clean. Yes, there were problems on arrival with the room. They gave us smoky and "tired" But then they immediately changed it to a newer one (335) thanks to our tour operator Join up, who helped us very quickly in everything. The room was at an equal distance from the restaurant and from the sea, there is almost no noise, except for the rumble of doors when people go out to eat. This can be annoying if you have small children. It's just that without a strong clap, the number cannot be closed. We were lucky we didn't see mosquitoes. The food at the hotel is delicious, yes, there are no 100 dishes, but you can eat well and without problems for the stomach. A big plus is a huge amount of vegetables, both raw, and grilled, and stewed. There is not so much meat, there is fish, chicken, squids were cooked very tasty. And again, everything is really delicious. The only but, this is food for small children, here you need to bother because the food is still not dietary and with spices and gravy. As for alcohol, we drank white wine, it is really very decent. Coffee, tea, water, milk in any form and quantity in different parts of the hotel. I also want to note the New Year's Eve and night - everything was very cool, the staff and chefs were on top, we really liked it. We visited a la carte restaurants - it's Italian and Indian. Thanks for the feedback, I already knew what to expect. And there, and there everything is delicious, yes, in Indian it is spicy and in general the cuisine is specific, and if the waiter says that "spicy a little", then it's normal to feel a burning sensation. But again, the waiters tell everything and please as best they can. In general, the staff is very polite and always ready to help, the reward depends on you, but this is not necessary. The only negative is the staff at the reception, since you communicate with them only twice upon arrival and upon departure. Regarding the lecture from the representative of the travel agency, his name is Ahmed, I advise you to go anyway, there are subtleties about the hotel, money exchange, it is better to listen. We did not feel any intrusiveness on his part. A sweet and kind man. Yes, the hotel comes across both annoying and stupid staff, but this is an exception to the rule. The sea is gorgeous, there are several entries into the sea. The main thing is that the weather is good.
Opposite the hotel there are a number of shops: fruits, bags, souvenirs. Prices depend on your bargaining skills, but they start from the lowest level that Sharm has. For example, a towel that I bought for 6 dollars and it started from 10 or 8 dollars in another area of the city started from 16 dollars.
Summing up and despite the minor troubles, our vacation left only pleasant impressions. Thank you Sultan Gardens
