The hotel was recommended by a travel agency, trusted the recommendations of the tour manager and did not wish) The territory is large, but not huge and VERY green, the name of the Sultan's Gardens is fully justified. All trees, flower beds, lawns are perfectly groomed, special staff corrects, waters, cleans something there every day)) For me, for example, green territory is of great importance when choosing a hotel in Egypt, this hotel made me very happy in this regard! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately put on bracelets, offered to go to a restaurant for lunch, and at this time they will prepare a suitable room for us. I was traveling with a friend and daughter, we had paid for a standard room, but we were pleasantly surprised that after dinner we were handed the keys to a two-room family room (at no additional charge)! Thanks to the hotel managers! )) We liked the room, despite the fact that a line of rooms was located parallel to our line, in which a major reconstruction was carried out. But this did not cause us any discomfort, since we were not in the room for almost the whole day, construction work did not begin in the morning and ended by 5 o'clock in the evening. In the end, such overhauls are done for our own comfort! In the room itself, I liked the fact that plumbing, faucets, faucets, and a shower cabin were in perfect condition, it is clear that they were installed quite recently. Not all hotels can afford to update rooms, because they are in a crisis now, after all. The beach is very comfortable, a wide sandy strip along the edge, very convenient for children. We have never used the beach food court for 8 days - they chose the opening hours a bit inconveniently, they started cooking at about 12.00, when it was already time to go to the restaurant for lunch. But at 10 o'clock (between breakfast and lunch) sometimes I would like to have a bite to eat (especially for children). Animation on the beach is what we need, the guys tried very hard so that we would not "stale" on the sun loungers, and did it not intrusively. My daughter liked the pioneer ball on the sports ground (excellent sports grounds on the territory). There is only one animator in the kids club - this is clearly not enough, there are a lot of children and when it comes time to take them to the sea, not all parents would like the child to be on the beach without him, in this case there should always be a second person in Kids club)) Swimming pools on the territory of the Sultan - super! ! Two with heating - this is important for the month of March. All the bars on the territory work flawlessly - everything is always there)) The general restaurant is a very sincere atmosphere, every day someone was congratulated on the DR, there are always places, the waiters are smart, very efficient and fast. Were in a la carte Indian and Italian - also really liked it. There are no complaints about the food - everything is fresh, no one had any problems with the stomach, the assortment personally suited me perfectly, even the wine (white and red) was very decent)) I also noticed that the hotel security is very seriously organized - you can’t find them anywhere you don’t see, but they see everything, and they always find themselves where they need to be in a second. It is very important for me to feel completely safe on the territory of the hotel. . In general, I didn’t see any minuses, this hotel is one of those that you want to return to again and again!
