In the travel agency, Sultan was highly advised to us, and we chose him.
Rested with a child 1 year 4 months.
We arrived at the hotel at 18.00, check-in took about 10 minutes. And this is due to the fact that they wanted to give us two family rooms nearby for a fee (we were 2 families). When we refused, they gave us numbers 307 and 340, despite the fact that the rooms next to us were free.
The room is relatively clean and comfortable. The standard room has two beds, a shower, a toilet, a wardrobe, a TV, a cozy balcony with a table and chairs. The baby cot was brought immediately upon request. She, of course, is far from new, but our child slept well in it.
The cleaner cleaned every day, tried his best. They asked to put 2 bottles of water in the room, and he put it every day. Bed linen and towels are changed upon request.

The hotel has two main restaurants. On the second floor there is a place for adults only. Service is fast and attentive. The food is varied. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables are fried outside in the morning. Grilled fish for lunch. In the evening, everything is different all the time: baked turkey, chickens on the grill, seafood. There is always something new inside the restaurant: pancakes, hot dogs, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, etc. There is a baby food corner with a variety of mashed potatoes and french fries. Our child ate both children's and adult food with pleasure.
Been to Indian and Italian restaurants. I liked the Indian more because of the service. The Italian had very slow service.
The area is beautiful and well maintained. It is convenient to walk with a stroller, we did not leave the room without it. Lots of greenery. Around cleanliness.
There are many pools on the territory. There is a heated adults only pool, a heated quiet pool across from reception, a heated children's pool, and 2 or 3 unheated pools. The pools are all clean.
Entrance to the sea on 2 pontoons. There is a sandy entry, but it is only suitable for children. When we were relaxing, there were not enough sun loungers for everyone on the beach.
The hotel has animation, during the day near the pools and on the beach, in the evening shows, then live music. On Thursday and Saturday there is a disco in the hotel.
We liked the hotel very much and would recommend it to everyone.
