Good afternoon everyone! I want to share my impressions about our vacation, which we spent at the Sultan Gardens Resort 5*.
We rested in this hotel from 04.03. 2018 to 18.03. 2018. I also want to note that we are in this hotel for the second time and this is a conscious choice. Having a great experience of holidays in Egypt, this is the first hotel to which we returned for the second time. And they didn't regret it.
We arrived in the evening. There was a whole bus from our flight to this hotel. Despite this, they settled in very quickly. Since we knew the hotel, we ourselves went to our room. Our room was 516, on the second floor. The view from the room is good, and the bush is just a dream! (See first photo). I would also like to note that we were settled in a two-room suite, although we took the standard. There are two options here: either this is a coincidence (which is unlikely), or the fact that when we checked in we filled out a questionnaire and wrote that we were at the hotel for the second time (this information was naturally in the hotel database).

Then they brought us a fruit basket, an invitation to a VIP meeting with hotel managers (managers) and a gift certificate. Little things, but nice. We waited until our luggage was brought to our room and went to dinner.
The food at the hotel is good and varied. Lots of fruits (strawberries, melons, guava, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, dates), squid, mussels, quails, lamb, chicken, fish, etc. All this was alternated. You won't be hungry. I won't go into too much detail on the food list. This has been covered in other reviews before. On the grill in the evenings, something was constantly fried. Sweets are a separate issue. That was enough too. I'll focus on juices. They are packaged: guava, mango, apple, pineapple. This is a big plus, since there is no desire to drink something diluted or mixed. We do not drink alcohol. Therefore, I can not say anything about this. We chatted with other hotel guests. There were different opinions. But I want to say: people!
How can you stay hungry here? Take hotels that are 2 times more expensive and probably put more in food there. Here the price-quality ratio is optimal. And one more thing: here the principle “who did not have time, he was late” does not work. Let me explain: no matter when you come for dinner, you will have time to try everything that is offered. If something runs out, then stocks are immediately replenished. You can try EVERYTHING.
The hotel area is large and green. I am a photography lover. I always bring a professional camera and a tripod with me. I photograph a lot. I was very worried that I would be “bored” on the territory of the hotel, since I had already been here in 2016 and “jumped” all the bushes. But no! The hotel surprised me. I looked at him from a new angle. In addition, it is constantly updated and modernized rooms. Then, in 2016, they did the "Quiet Pool", which is near the main restaurant. This area is now open. Everything is new and beautiful (photo #2) .
Repairs are going on elsewhere. But it doesn't bother. Green spaces are constantly monitored, cut, watered. Territory well-groomed. Walking around the hotel, get a lot of pleasure.

Sea. The hotel made a second pontoon. It is large, stationary and has two stairs leading directly into the water. It is very comfortable. Also on this pontoon there are benches. The beach is very big. Lots of loungers. From the beach and throughout the hotel there is a taxi (open mini bus) on schedule. Very comfortably.
Separately, I would like to dwell on the animation. She is in the hotel. But since the hotel is large and the work of the animation team is divided into two zones (on the sea and near the children's pool), then, as a wish, there should be more animators. The guys try, do everything, hold different events. Separately, I would like to say about the Kids club. This is our daughter's favorite vacation spot. She's 7. The first three days after arrival, we went to the sea.
On the third day, she burned out and we began to look for options for recreation for her, bypassing the constant exposure to the sun. We went to the Kids club, and it started: “I just want to go there! ". I had to negotiate with her and look for compromises: when at sea, when in the pool, and when there. Children in the Kids Club are accepted from the age of 4. But there were exclusive moms who tried to leave younger children ...As for me, this is wrong. Young children go through adaptation in a completely different way. They are more difficult. There is a children's animator Lyuba. She gets along very well with the kids. He constantly does something with them: plays, takes them to the sea, to the pool. You say, “Of course! , It's her job! ". I agree with you. But the question is HOW does she do it! - WITH SOUL! All this according to the schedule, which is on the stand at the entrance to the Kids Club. It is very comfortable. We brought the child to certain events, and the rest of the time we ourselves spent time with our child.
The last 2 days Lyuba took the weekend. And that's it! . Our child was at our complete disposal! Lyuba is not there - and the Kids Club does not pull. So Lyuba, - Our huge greetings to you!
In the evenings there were regular shows. There were either invited artists, or the animation team arranged themed entertainment: Mr. Hotel, a couple of the hotel, they even danced, which was incredibly surprising. Because it was cool! I like it.

During our stay the hotel was 90% full. I was even told by our friends (who were resting at the same time, but in a nearby hotel) that they wanted to fly to this hotel, but it was not a stop. I had to fly to another. The main contingent is Ukrainians, many Kazakhs, a few Europeans: Italians, French. By the way, I spoke with the French, they also speak very well of this hotel and flew here purposefully.
The hotel has 5 swimming pools: children's (heated + slide), 2 large pools (not heated, which is very good, since we swam in them during the day), "Quiet Pool" (as far as I remember, also heated), swimming pool with jacuzzi (heated and with a bar that goes into the water) in which children are allowed only after 14 years. During the day, if you do not want to go to the main restaurant, you can eat both at the sea and near the children's pool. The ice cream at the hotel is delicious. You can eat it during the day at the sea and near the children's pool (at certain times), as well as at dinner in the main restaurant. By the way, the main restaurant consists of two floors. On the second floor there is a part of the restaurant where children are not allowed, only for adults. We came with a child (it was dinner on the last day) and did not know this, as we constantly ate at the restaurant on the ground floor.
They told us this and immediately offered a free table, set it up and asked if there were any wishes or everything was fine. They paid attention. And is it important!
In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is good and friendly. The staff is unobtrusive and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Vacationers themselves brought some disappointment. At first I did not pay attention to such “little things”, but then, involuntarily, you begin to notice them. Dear compatriots and not only, sometimes we complain about the unfriendly or unfriendly attitude of the hotel staff. Yes, I agree, if we are HOTEL GUESTS, then we should be treated as HOTEL GUESTS, no matter what we do. But! People, let's also RESPECT the rules and foundations of the place where we decided to spend our holidays.

If there is a sign in the main restaurant “do not take food out of the restaurant, including fruits”, - DO NOT stuff apples, guava, bananas and tangerines into your bags and into specially dressed pants with large pockets in advance; while thinking that no one sees anything. From the outside it does not look very aesthetically pleasing. If there is a spoon in a bowl of strawberries, then it is with this spoon that you need to pick it up, and not pick out the most ripe and largest with your hands! If you've been told not to swim in the pool after sunset, don't do it. Even if you really want to! Moms, in the main restaurant there are specially trained places for baby strollers! It is not necessary to put wheelchairs in the aisle so that all passing people (both staff and vacationers) jump over them. If you really need to, then try to sit at a table near which you can put a stroller so that it does not bother anyone. It's so simple! You can still continue.
I understand that we are all not perfect, perhaps I could surprise someone in something or do something wrong somewhere ...But if we are a little more educated and attentive on vacation, then we will have a better and more comfortable rest and we will be respected by others! Maybe I'm wrong, but everyone has their own opinion. And this is my opinion.
