На 5 звезд явно не тянет, отравились 5 stars is clearly not pulling, poisoned

The hotel was chosen according to reviews on the Internet + the tour agency advised it as a great option for a family holiday with children.
For us it was important the quality of food, good rooms and access to the sea.
I'll start with the pros, which turned out to be less. I liked the large territory, the first line, the shallow coast, and it's just super for kids. A good reef and a lot of fish (even more than when we went on an excursion).
Of the minuses:
- children and adults were poisoned by vegetable soup, a child about 2 years old had to see a doctor, it was very bad!! ! it canceled out the whole experience.
- some waiters behave disgustingly, joke and giggle, flirt. For the level of the hotel 5 stars is a shock.
- the rooms are the simplest, the furniture is old and shabby, there is little space.
- the variety of drinking is not very good and the taste is also weak, all drinks are terribly sweet.
- there is little animation at the pools and everything ends with sunset, already at 6 they are kicked out from the beach and from the pools.
