Great hotel, great vacation. Satisfied with almost everyone. However, upon arrival we were not given the correct room as we were 3 adults and a 9 year old child. At the reception they offered an extra charge, but we did not count on additional costs. Therefore, we decided to settle in the room that was originally offered. Clean, comfortable, no complaints. But our friends, husband and wife, were offered a 2-room suite with all amenities. It was very disappointing that the four of us huddled with a one-room suite. The receptionist turned out to be a freak. But even this indedent did not overshadow our wonderful holiday. And let such freaks always have no luck with clients.
