The hotel is wonderful, cozy, large landscaped area, cleanliness everywhere.
We traveled as a family, 2 adults and a child. Settlement was very fast. By 12.00 we were already settled in a beautiful room overlooking the pool. The room had everything you need: towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel, safe, kettle, cups, tea and coffee bags, sugar, water for drinking and brushing your teeth (renewed daily). We had 2 beds: double and one and a half, a balcony with a table and 3 armchairs.
Room cleaning was daily, wet. We didn’t have to make the bed, the staff does it very well, everything is neat, even. My daughter especially liked the bows on the bed. But she was waiting for something else interesting. Thanks for the room service MOUSTAFA ABD ALLAH.
The food is amazing, for all tastes.

There is something for children to eat: soups, oatmeal, milk and yoghurts, meatballs, chicken dishes, fish, fruits (strawberries, bananas, apples), fresh vegetables, ....Lots of sweets, freshly baked pancakes, and a delicious addition to them (your choice) several types of jam, chocolate, sour cream, ...Ice cream was at lunch near the pool and in the evening at the restaurant. From drinks: juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, wines, gin and whiskey with cola. You can list for a long time, as the range was not small. Everything was always fresh. The previous vacation we had with problems (in another place, not here! ), my daughter had a terrible poisoning and a temperature of 5 days, and here the whole vacation went with a bang!!!
The restaurant on the ground floor (we mostly sat outside) has very friendly, nice staff. We especially liked the service of AHMEDA KHALIFA, he is very friendly, attentive, our daughter always had fun with him.
As soon as we arrived, he immediately knew what we needed to bring. (for my daughter 2 apple juices in a beautiful glass).
The animation is wonderful. The girls there are real lighters. BellyDance by the pool, water aerobics, it was just great! Thank you. We also really enjoyed the light show. There was also karaoke, but we didn't go there. On the territory there is a kindergarten, with a wonderful nanny. She is a very kind and cheerful and considerate person. Children play there with pleasure.
The entrance to the sea was cleared, the reef was fenced off, the fish swam different and very beautiful. True, the water was cool, so we only swam a few times. But after all, lying down to breathe in the sea air is also very useful. There were always enough beds. Cards for towels could be changed both at the pool and near the sea.
There is a market near the hotel, across the road, where you can buy everything: clothes, oils, mangoes, …
We went on an excursion to the Bathyscaphe. She impressed us a lot!
A lot of beautiful fish, various, and the opportunity to look at the corals that are at a depth.

In general, we really enjoyed our stay in the Sultan, we will definitely come again! We recommend this hotel to everyone!
