Just got back from the hotel. I hope this review will help other tourists in choosing a hotel.
Hotel Sultan Gardens is in a fairly high price category compared to other hotels of this level. The travel agency told us that the price was dictated by a good level of service, so it was worth taking. Before resting in Sultan Gardens, we rested in Royal Grand Sharm, which was cheaper, but not inferior to the level of the Sultan.
Traveled by Joyne Upom. Fortunately, the flight to Sharm was not delayed, and from Sharm there was a delay of 6 hours, but it was only to our advantage.
The hotel area turned out to be quite large, hilly, very well maintained, but not green enough. The constant ups and downs in early July were tiring. But saved taf-taf, which regularly cruised through the territory. There are several pools, all regularly cleaned. There is one small hill.

We got a room overlooking the garden, or rather the other buildings and partly the pool. The cleaning service was extremely gentle. It consisted of changing towels, making beds, taking out the trash. Well, okay, we didn’t litter too much, but I would like the floor to be washed at least once in 10 days. Tipping did not affect the quality of cleaning.
But we liked the food: both the choice and the taste. There were always chicken and meat, side dishes, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, sweets. I was surprised by the presence of an American restaurant, which served ordinary burgers, french fries, as well as for lunch in bars, and other nonsense. Indian a la carte surprised with strange dishes, almost everything had a sweetish taste, apparently for lovers of Indian cuisine. Italian normal, you can go without fear.
We liked the sea. Suitable for families with small children. The coast is shallow, and from the pontoon you can dive and look at the fish. And yet it is best to watch corals from a yacht, which we did by ordering an excursion to Tiran Island. At first they wanted to take it from the guide, but then they advised us to the local Redsitravel office, they saved us 15 dollars per person. Also finally visited Cairo. The tour turned out to be very budgetary, only $ 50, and emotions overwhelmed. There were only 6 of us in the group, we traveled around Cairo by minibus. Almost individually.
The animators at the hotel put on standard shows, there was a lot of below the belt humor, but most vacationers enjoyed it. We've been out in the city a couple of times. Once centralized with Join Up for a sightseeing tour, the second time in Soho. We recommend this place, it is beautiful, there are singing fountains, many cozy cafes and restaurants. The prices are high, but the level of service cannot be compared with the hotel.
The promised cool service at the hotel was not felt, everything was polite and usual. Some bartenders have been seen in a slight rudeness towards heavily drinking tourists. Issues at the reception were resolved rather slowly. Therefore, I can say that the price for this hotel is still too high.
