We rested with friends in early March, in Egypt for the third time, but this hotel exceeded all expectations.
The hotel is popular, there are a lot of people, but there were no queues.
Territory: hilly, large enough, but buses run around the hotel, so those who are too lazy to walk can get to the desired point. The entire hotel is located along the sea. Very well maintained, green, pleasant to walk. Several exits to the sea, one is made as a full-fledged wooden pier, which is very convenient, the second is like a regular pantone, the reef is good. The beach is very large, it is not windy at all. There are several heated pools, there is a children's pool, and there is an 18+ pool.
The hotel itself is not the newest, and this is a little felt in some areas, for example, near the children's pool, but not so much that it spoils the overall impression, there are more than enough sunbeds near the pools.

Food: very good, great choice, a lot of variety, you should not forget that there are problems with food in Egypt, but here it is more than worthy. There are various snack bars, restaurants by the sea, pizza.
In the evenings, as a rule, invited animation, a pianist plays in the lobby, there is a disco until 2 am, there is a good hookah bar, alcohol is bad, but like everywhere else. Daytime animation is very intense, and beach parties, and darts, and water polo, and what is very pleasing, vacationers actively participate in it, thereby creating an atmosphere of general relaxation and fun.
Rooms: very nice, refurbished, spacious, for a reasonable fee they give a large room near a quiet pool with a jacuzzi in the room.
Service: 5+ here, before that we rested at the Reef Oasis Blue Beach hotel, the hotel itself is a little nicer, but there was just disgusting service, but here it is impeccable. Absolutely everyone is trying to help and make the rest of the guests as good as possible, the waiters quickly bring drinks, the reception asked to settle a company of 11 people nearby - they did everything, the rooms are very well cleaned.
All in all, this is the best hotel we've been to in Egypt. Of course, it also has disadvantages common to Egypt, but we will definitely come here again.
