We arrived at 14:30, immediately, without further ado and additional payments, we were settled in a good room with a sea view (the sea view was obviously bought). The area is large and very green. What is most interesting is that they take care of her so that in 12 days I saw only one grasshopper and then only once! No mosquitoes, cockroaches, etc! The room had everything you needed: tea, coffee, 2 mugs, 4 glasses, a kettle, a hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, 5 towels, well, in general, everything was ok, and, of course, an electronic safe and candey and everything worked flawlessly for 12 days. The staff is a different story. . . on the first day I lost my lighter, which was very upset because the time was 2 am, and I was not going to sleep (I was crazy on the balcony with a glass of good whiskey), I had to call the reception, after a maximum of 5 minutes there was a knock on the door , I open an Arab with a smile from ear to ear and holds out his hand to me, and there are matches on it (hotel matches with their logo, naturally free of charge)! I was very surprised and even then I realized that the service here would be 5+!
So it was!!!!
Of course, I left a tip, but only starting from the 3rd day, it was especially interesting how without them? : )))

And I was pleasantly surprised that even without them they see me and appreciate me just like the others! If I stand near the counter and want something, the bartender will not listen to anyone, whether it be an American or an Italian until I am served, once I even corrected someone, they say, do not rush, first I will serve him in turn : )
The staff is around, but they are like ghosts, you lie near the pool or on the sea (it doesn’t matter, they are everywhere) put out the cigarette, the ashes turned away, the empty glasses disappeared : )
I was surprised that they are always happy to communicate in Russian, even though they know it badly : ))))
Animation team are just handsome! The first time I saw one of them, I thought that he was stoned, he was walking along the beach singing on a concrete merry, it turns out that he is like that in life, the good girl Anya (Ukraine) from their team helped where necessary, guided both the hotel and the show programs, etc. , etc. HUGE thanks to her, as we saw the guide once !!!
Every evening at 21:30 there is a show program in the amphitheater, there are such programs (for example, a Chinese show) that goosebumps go, I have not seen this before.
The disco is shitty, the club is not organized well, but no one happens there, there is nothing to catch, well, if you just go with a company and the bartender there is allo in Russian, you had to poke your nose into the bottles to pour what you need.
As for food, everything is fresh and tasty, I tried almost everything in 12 days and rarely skipped breakfast (lunch and dinner are generally sacred), ate what is called from the belly, never took a pill from the stomach. Only once at breakfast I ate an omelet with bacon and then a lot of cakes and fruits, I had to drink coal : ))
What infuriated me was the juices, or rather, it was only the name, I didn’t drink them at all (only in bags purchased), they poured out a bag of powder in front of me, poured it with water, and here’s an orange one for you : )))))
When you come to relax and gain health and see how this juice is made, it infuriates. . .
The room was cleaned every day and also like ghosts, I come from the sea ready, clean and tidy. Tipping left $ 1 every two days.

There are a lot of sunbeds everywhere, but in our last days it has become difficult to find a good place with a shade (until 3 days I don’t advise you to sunbathe, you’ll burn out instantly), at 11 all kazyr places were occupied, towels lay stupidly...
In general, everything was very worthy except the juice : )))
