We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March. The territory is large, beautiful and very well maintained, with several heated pools, cafes and a sports bar. Good reef, there is practically no wind on the beach. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and access to their own small terrace, separated from the neighbors.
But the biggest joy in the hotel is the staff. Everyone works as a single close-knit team, they are as friendly and affable as possible, they do everything to create comfort and an atmosphere of relaxation for hotel guests. I would like to specifically mention the following employees:
1) Ekaterina, a Russian-speaking manager, maintains contact with hotel guests, is interested in the quality of service, wishes, promptly resolves all issues, if any.
There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning. Manager Ekaterina made every effort to resolve this issue.
2) Animators Katya and Alena will not let you get bored. Beautiful, cheerful and sociable girls: they will exercise in the morning and will dance zumba with you until you drop in the evening.
3) Mr. Hamada is the best bartender in the hotel, he will make delicious coffee and always surprise you with interesting cocktails. An interesting interlocutor, very friendly, remembers your taste preferences and will always please you with something new)
4) Sous chefs Mr. Assem and Mr. Ahmed perfectly present the dishes, tell you what they are made of, help you choose something tasty that you will like. In general, the food is very varied: every day the hotel restaurant presents new themed dishes.
On your birthday, a beautifully decorated table is set separately for you, the cook and waiters bring you a birthday cake and sing a congratulatory song.
