My wife and I went to Egypt once again, just returned from the hotel to Kyiv. I was so impressed that I even decided to write my first review, I will leave it everywhere. The best hotel I have ever been or heard of. Below I will list all the pros and cons.
Pros:
1. The well-trainedness of the hotel staff is beyond praise. For me, this is one of the most important characteristics of the hotel. There were no overly intrusive guys, if you want peace on the beach, you will get it, no one will come up to you and won’t say a word. If you want to be carried in your arms, then you will get what you want.
Russian-speaking employees of the hotel are regularly interested in how and what to help, what to bring. They also offered a romantic dinner by the sea and additional places in a restaurant and something else, but I don’t remember.
2. Food - great. I always eat a lot and often the choice of meat and fish hot dishes in hotels comes down to 5-6 positions, but here 10-12.
Grill, dietary cuisine, personally cooked steak or fried fish carcass, everything is available every day. The chef regularly attends meals and the beach, wondering what is delicious, what is missing, what to add. Responds to requests throughout the day.
3. Animation - a team of young and professionally trained guys. They don’t bother with unnecessary questions, but if they see that someone is sad, they immediately react. Always liked this approach. The composition is multinational: Vlad, Natasha, Dianka, Mahmud, Turks aka "Fire", Totti, Italians ...Guys - thank you very much for the excellent company, funny contests and humor. The laughter just didn't stop when the animation got to work.
4. The territory is medium in size, very beautiful and multi-tiered. For the convenience of guests, transport by electric cars is organized. You don't even have to carry suitcases. They will take you from the beach to the restaurant with a breeze, so you don’t even have to sort out your legs.
And for sports fans - you can walk up the stairs.
5. Infrastructure - pools of different varieties and tastes, both for active recreation and quiet, so that no one touches or sees. Excellent gym, tennis court, bars, hookahs, SPA. I love beach volleyball and here the guys have something to boast about.
6. The reef is lively, we saw a lot of different and rare things. Big and small, bright and fast. Class.
Minuses:
1. I won’t say for all the rooms, but ours was “tired”. Where the paint is peeling off, where the door slightly squinted in the locker, once the safe jammed. But it must be said that we were offered to change the room for free, but we were too lazy and wanted to go to the sea). In general, everything works and the safe was fixed in 15 minutes.
2. The hotel guide from the ANEX tour was very disappointing (I know that it does not apply directly to the hotel). I understand that in order to earn money, you can go to all sorts of tricks and this is normal, but lying or hiding the truth is simply terrible.
If you are offered a very comfortable and fast trip to Israel, then keep in mind that they will pick you up at 19.30 and will return you after midnight the next day. In buses, front shops, the border, you will spend 24 hours out of a total of 30. The guide, for the sake of earning money, will lie or screw up a phrase like, what is important to you is God or rest. Seriously, that's what he says. The departure time for the 30-hour tour was announced 4 hours before departure, although during the sale he claimed that we could handle it in a day.
