We arrived at lunchtime, we were greeted warmly with fresh juice and wet towels, immediately put on bracelets and sent to dinner. After lunch, we spent a maximum of 1 minute filling out the guest questionnaire, immediately handed over an envelope with a key card and other papers, and took us to the building with our number - in our case, building 11. Just in case, I looked at two rooms, they were no different, I chose on the 2nd floor, since the view from it was better (but from the first floor, right across the lawn, there is an exit from the balcony to the pool). This building is located closer to the sea, the view from the room to the sea and the pool, the buzz is full : ) Everything is standard in the room, there are slippers, bathrobes, good cosmetics, a toothbrush and paste, a shaving machine and foam, shower caps, even rags for shoes there is a tea set, which is replenished every day. Minibar replenished every 4 days: fanta, sprite and cola, water every day or on request.
Bathrobes turned out to be small for us, I called the reception and after 10-15 minutes they brought our size.


Since the territory is cascading and you need to go down a serious hill to the main restaurant from our building, at first we often used a typewriter, you can call any of the bus stations without any problems, and then we got used to it and walked on foot, as a charge : )

Restaurants: in short, everything is excellent and even better, the food is varied and very tasty, red fish, prosciutto, every day for lunch and dinner there is a grilled meat dish, grilled fish or meat will be prepared for you, sweets are very beautiful and tasty , impossible to resist, mango, strawberry and everything else. The chef tries very hard and it is clear that he loves his work, a big thanks to him separately.

Of the a la carte restaurants, I really liked the Egyptian Gamila, on the seashore the atmosphere for dinner is especially beautiful.
Every day there is water aerobics, yoga, beach volleyball and every evening a musical program by day: belly dance very beautiful live music: violin, guitar, popular songs.

The territory is very green and well-groomed, everything is pleasing to the eye, cleanliness is everywhere and everywhere.

What is especially convenient and thought out: near each pool there are changing cabins, a shower and a toilet. On the beach and by the pools, there are always enough sunbeds and towels for everyone.

The pontoon is reliable and stable, I have not seen queues either at sea or from the water to the pontoon. The corals are very beautiful, there are many bright fish.

What especially pleased the hotel, for which I want to thank the administration, is the attitude of the staff everywhere: respect, willingness to help and no oblique or crooked looks, discontent or anything that we are used to seeing in Egypt, no division into Europeans and Ukrainians, at least this personally my impression.
And this is the main criterion for me when choosing a hotel, since in other good hotels the staff spoils the whole impression. Well, the hotel guide from AnexTour spoiled the rest, but this is a minus and a cant of the Anex tour and not the hotel.

I was very satisfied and I hope that the hotel will develop only for the better and will not lose its level.
