Good level of food, service and everything is pleasing to the eye.
I would like to thank some of the staff for decorating my holiday:
1. Animation. Alena (you need to marry such girls), Mahmud, Vlad, Diana. Well done, the level of the guys pleasantly pleased.
2. Front desk. Salah and his team work at a high level. Solved many of my questions, was in touch 24 hours.
By the way, the girls from Guest Relations are also great fellows, they solved all the issues with Katya in WhatsApp and, we must pay tribute, listened to all the wishes and periodically pleased with compliments from the hotel)))

3. GYM. Mohamed is generally handsome, the guy controls the entire hall, does not allow anyone to remove the pancake, he is always ready to insure and prompt.
4. Restaurants. And here things are quite sad, there really is no one to leave a tip, everything seems to be fine, but the staff is shabby and not customer-oriented... every day I took money with me, but there was really no one to give. Management urgently needs to pay attention to this.
Of those guys who did their job well and even excellently: Abdula at the reception bar and Sherif at Felucca + hookah workers are great, except that they still broke our hookah, which they brought with them, well, to hell with it)) )
5. Pierce. I don't remember the guy's name, but a very nice Lifeguard. The coral is awesome too.
