The hotel is good, clean, comfortable, everything is beautiful, the bartenders, the waiters are nice, but a very big minus when you sign up for a massage, or tennis, or somewhere else, then there is always a problem with it, you plan your evening, but they won’t write you down, staff at the reception is very bad, and another minus after 17:00 everything becomes platinum until 19:00 (at the pool bars) then at the reception, too, some cocktails are paid, although it was free for the whole day, there are many minuses, especially the staff at the reception.
