Transfer delivered to the hotel around 5 am. We were immediately offered to pay extra for early check-in or wait around 10 am and check in for free.
We decided to wait. Before breakfast we were put on bracelets, we ate and went to discuss the room. As a result, we were upgraded for a surcharge from a superior room with a view of the garden to a sea view deluxe in building 9 on the second floor. (Above swim ups)
Hotel pros:
Beautiful, well-groomed, green territory. A huge number of staff who start work even before the set time. Excellent infrastructure. We didn't see a single open bar. Very comfortable and varied sun loungers. A bus runs around the territory approximately every 5 minutes for those who find it difficult to climb the cascading stairs. Food at a high level. Very strong breakfasts. We were especially struck by bacon, fresh juices, nuts and salmon with cheese. Ripe fruits.
Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Delicious soups. For dinner every day, huge fried shrimp with squid.

Were in two a la carte restaurants - steak house and Italian. Excellent service, delicious food. I recommend to go.
From 12 to 17 you can eat in the snack bar from the menu. Good choice and worthy replacement for lunch in the main restaurant.
There is also a fool, chips, nuts, packaged juices. They didn't drink alcohol.
Minuses:
Number fund. Pretty old furniture, clumsy cosmetic repairs (renovation) look especially wild in a hotel of this class. Noisy air conditioner. Bed linen in spools and with holes. And that's not even the saddest thing. Ants lived in our room. Of course, we reported this to the gestrelation. We tried to poison them for three days, but they only became more. As a result, we were changed to a room in which there were also ants, but in smaller numbers.
The hotel also has a problem with the fact that many, at least in our building, had dinner in the rooms and then put the dishes out the door to the common corridor where they stood until the morning. Sometimes there was a feeling of some kind of garbage.
The reef is very weak, you can see something, but you definitely shouldn’t choose a hotel for the sea.
High level hotel in terms of food, service and infrastructure. But the problem with numbers needs to be solved. Would love to stay there again after renovation. And so the condition of the room and, especially, the presence of ants, significantly spoiled the impression of the hotel.
