1. This hotel was chosen because of the presence of a coral reef (it exists, but as it turned out - ABSOLUTELY none) and food. The arrivals at the hotel at night, got to the evening dinner (as I understand it - the leftovers from the evening), settled in the very last building in the family room.
2. Pleasant in the hotel, the friendliness of the bartenders, the availability of Wi-Fi, animation.
Animation is present almost all day with a break for lunch and dinner. Every day in the evenings there is a children's disco and shows, weekly foam parties, and daily incendiary shows with a bombing team.
I would especially like to thank the animator Alina for a good approach to each tourist, as well as Alena and Nadezhda.

3. Almost everything in the room is old and shabby, and it’s impossible to step into the shower, you will also have to walk around the room in slippers (by the way, in your own, since there are no slippers and bathrobes in the hotel), yellow water is pouring from the tap, and the toilet lid is very blocked. The cleaning in the room is terrible - if you leave a dollar, it will change the linen and make a beautiful pattern, if you don’t leave it, it will just make the bed and sometimes it won’t do anything. Since I was in the room once when cleaning, I know that they don’t wash the floor, but simply mop where you walk. On TV they show 1 Ukrainian channel 1+1. The room has a safe and Wi-Fi.

4. Service in bars, restaurants and towels is good. What can not be said about the reception staff, they do everything to get dollars in their pocket, they settle in closer rooms only with an additional payment, the guides (3) from the anexture are useless, they cannot even answer the banal question - is it possible to take water on the plane ( by the way, you can't).
The food at the hotel is normal, but still every third complains of poisoning, the reason for this, as I think, is seafood. By the way, there is ABSOLUTELY NO BABY FOOD, only french fries and seasoned pasta and pasta.
5. Almost all the distinguishing features in the hotel are Arabs, apparently the menus in the restaurants have also been redesigned for them.

A VERY big request to remind the sound engineer about the ears of tourists, as it is almost impossible to sit from 1 to 6 rows because of this, and to teach the Light Operator to do at least something.
