I'll start with the fact that my family and I are in Egypt for the second time. It's not much, but there is already something to compare. From the very beginning, they warmly accepted, issued questionnaires, and gave out the keys to the settlement. We bought tour 2 + 2 (children 6 and 13 years old) in Annex Tour. We were accommodated in a 2-bed standard. When asked "why? " We were told that such a number was sold to us in the agency of a tour operator in Ukraine. We offered to look at another 4-bed room for an additional charge of $ 10 per night per person. The room turned out to be like this, only it no longer had a double bed and an ottoman, but a single one. This free space is correspondingly less. We decided that we will not pay anything extra and will not change. With all this in our room there were 3 sets of bath towels and for the person, too, 3. We asked to provide a fourth set (because there are four of us), we were assured that everything will be done. A day later, nothing has changed in this direction. We went to the reception again and asked again.
We were told that they would do it.
And again nothing. The next attempt was with the maid, wrote a note, left a tip, added a bar of chocolate, the result is 0! we left it all alone and drew our own conclusions. Later we met a woman, she was resting with her daughter and lived in exactly the same room as us. Hence the conclusion, our number two is local.

The diet during this time was normal, but monotonous. But again - the rest was not affected. Juices in bars and restaurants were not only powdered Yupi. The range of food is sufficient, as is the quantity. In terms of taste, too, normal nutrition. Meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, sweets. There were no oriental sweets, only biscuits, chocolate donuts. For those who eat not only chew - it is enough. Neither we nor the children were hungry, there was plenty, it was delicious.
Cleaning in the room was done every day, change of towels as well, but the quality of cleaning is not very-under the bed dust, seeds, probably from previous guests. And this with tips.
Animation is active but weak. The guys are usually great guys, they climb out of the skin, invent competitions, shows, fire shows. But in the end there are flaws, the torch went out prematurely, the music is too long. Given that they are in the role of "Sofia Turbo-Blue" - they are great guys. Children, you all have great RESPECT! ! ! ! ! ! ! Eugene, Christina, Anya, Marcello, you are well done! ! ! !!
The organization of excursions at a high organizational level, if only not yet asked several times to clarify the time of departure. In our understanding, it is a purchased tour, it is clearly stated what exactly, when and how much. Why refine? after all we came here to have a rest, instead of to specify all steps.
By the way, about the tour, we ordered a 3-in-1 complex for a specific day, and we moved it without agreeing with us to another.
Is that possible? What if we were planning something else that day? Especially since all this is made out in advance! The tour was sold by one guide, accompanied by another. Maybe it's for the better because the organization was held at a high level - at each stage of the movement of the group checked all those present, so as not to lose anyone. I think this is right. The day was wonderful - we swam on the bathyscaphe, watched a coral reef with many beautiful fish, rode a banana, moved to another port and landed on a 3-deck yacht, diving with photos and videos in coral reefs (again coral fish and beauty), lunch on board, sailed to another place, sailing on the surface over a coral reef. Now a little about the territory - relatively large, well-groomed. One disadvantage is the pool with an aqua park for some reason colder than the upper one. Here the little guests are resting, the most sensitive! ! ! ! ! Well, another huge drawback is the culture of vacationers. Lord, you are human beings, but you behave like pigs. Of course, I understand that everything is included, but you do not need to become a pig for this. There are enough urns, ashtrays, stands for collecting utensils. It is really difficult to follow the basic rules of cleanliness.
We lived in room 1101. The room is average, lockers creak, the door to the balcony sagged, squeaking on the floor, the lower door hinge is broken, the light on the balcony is off. The bathroom has a rusty shelf, a broken hook on the door.
At the end of the holiday, they monitored the vacationers, visited representatives of the tour operator, asked how the vacationer was, if there were any comments.
We said again for towels and on the last day of vacation we finally brought the 4th set of towels.
Let's draw the result. Budget hotel, middle class, with its pros and cons. The sea is gorgeous and this covers some of the shortcomings of the hotel. But I can say with confidence that it does not correspond to the status of 5+. At best, "four", and looking at it, it's scary to imagine what to expect from the "Troika"
Our holiday was a success, if we do not cling to the little things, we went to the beautiful sea, we got it. Lots of positive emotions, lots of impressions.
I would like to wish the hotel management to improve the condition of the property and raise the level of service to 100% meet the status of 5+
