Like everyone else, we chose the hotel based on reviews, after reading reviews, both good and bad, we decided to go anyway. Personally, my opinion - I do not understand why you can write a negative review of this hotel. In principle, the hotel is suitable for couples, families with children, and single tourists. The optimal combination of price and quality.
The room is not new but everything is clean. Everything worked in the room - hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, bar, TV.
The territory is large, greenery, flowers, everything is clean. In three of the four pools, the water was heated to +30. Friendly staff, good attitude.

For food: a couple of types of fish, beef, chicken. And so rice, potatoes, sweets, vegetables (delicious), make a French salad (cucumber, tomato, cabbage, without dressing, you can fill it yourself with any oil, or their delicious dressing. There were also a lot of greens, there were whole tangerines, cut oranges, melon, guava (greenish). Food is not peppered! Adapted for the Slavs. Spices are separate, rash whatever you like. Every evening a special dish from the chef, there were always vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, various cabbages, fruits - monotonous but always fresh (oranges, grapefruits, dates, melons). The choice of side dishes is always huge. The only thing that needs to be corrected is the sweet table - a lot of pastries but everything is the same taste, only the shape changes, as well as in all hotels in Egypt. There is also on the beach pizza, french fries, burgers, fruits.
We visited 2 restaurants "a la carte" oriental and Indian. The director of the oriental restaurant Mohammed is 100% professional. His attitude towards customers, his benevolence, his desire to please exceeds all conceivable limits. The table was simply bursting with all sorts of dishes, sauces and drinks. This is something from the category “what is in the oven - swords on the table”, which cannot be said about Indian. There everything is more than modest. In short, after it we went to the main restaurant to eat up.
Service staff: all smiling, very polite, attentive, love children. The bartender Mukhamed at the warm pool is a smart girl: she listens to everyone, talks, doesn’t get nervous, doesn’t freak out (although sometimes it’s necessary) - a professional. Water park for both children and adults, really liked it. Monitor safety in pools and at sea. The sea is cool, a lot of fish, a very beautiful coral reef. The only problem, in my opinion, is the pontoon. It is made of plastic barrels, which are broken in places. Walking along it is quite inconvenient, especially when there are decent waves on the sea. There is a chance of injury.
The guide from Anexa Mukhamed is something (to put it mildly). His task is to extort money from you for excursions, and then he simply does not know you....

I was especially horrified by the excursion to Jerusalem. There are no claims from the Egyptian side, but the other side is something. The bus was terrible (however, like the attitude of the guide), the seats did not fold out. My husband's height is 1.98. He just didn't have anywhere to put his feet. (for that 60 seats in the bus). Visiting the holy places took place at a gallop, all the time driven faster - faster. For that visit to shops and shops (where the guide, as I understand it, has his own percentage) was not limited. They were terribly indignant when people refused to buy the garbage he was pumping. Like, why did you come here without money....We were fed lunch at some eatery at a gas station, and no water, no coffee, no tea. If you want, buy. A bottle of water 3 dollars, tea coffee - 6. (The guide was fed separately and the food was different).
Enjoyed the boat trip. But a lot of excess. I would leave only swimming in the open sea and diving. Feeling great
