The impression of the rest is formed by many participants: tour operator, hotel, transport, weather, etc. In this case, the first one let me down, so it’s hard to evaluate the hotel separately, but I’ll try.
1. Location.
Close to the airport, but not stressful. Take a taxi to the city center
2. Territory
Not small, but stupid. Well-groomed is average (in neighboring hotels there is grass on the lawns, there are only meadows of grass, everywhere there is bare ground) Part of the territory far from the sea and from the pools, most likely, they began to ennoble later, when the hotel began to grow and expand.
3. Rooms
I did not see good rooms in Egypt (I was in 4 hotels: 5 stars and "Deluxe"). All tired, shabby. But the main impression is not the ability or desire to exploit (support) everything. The batteries in the remotes and the safe are dead, the sockets are "on the snot", the sconces fell out of the wall.

What is worth only a bathroom in the lobby: an expensive cantilever toilet, marble tiles, gilded switches and a leaky penny hose from which rusty streaks all over the wall.
I called an electrician to the room - the refrigerator did not work. He came, pulled the outlet "on the snot", something began to swell. All fixed. Not even a screwdriver. I poked my finger into the wires - the repair is completed. When hands are golden, it doesn't matter where they grow from.
By the way, there is no bathrobe and slippers in the room, but they bring it if you ask.
4. Beach
There are sun beds on the sand, there are - on the rocks, there are - by the pools. Entrance to the sea - knee-deep sand, then corals. Pontoon.
1 swimming pool heated in winter. Enough loungers.
5. Animation
I'm not a fan, so I can't rate it. There is some. Not chilly intrusive, therefore, good.
6. Nutrition
One of the best in "my" Egyptian hotels. There are also strawberries and seafood. 2 restaurants, I advise Italian. But anyway, after a week everything got tired.
We are more accustomed to our food - borscht, Olivier)))

Do I recommend the hotel: yes
Would I go again: no

PS. And now it's time for words about the operator Anex tour - ANEX
I'll just list the jambs, and you decide for yourself
1. When we arrived at the hotel, we were seated in the lobby, where a lot of previously arrived tourists were already "marinating". Anex tour did not pay money to the hotel for us! The situation escalated and it came to a fight (!!! ) of a tutrista who was tired of waiting with the hotel staff who sent him. And even then, nothing has changed. In the evening the money was brought, but the day was lost.
2. The fact that a sightseeing tour in Egypt is just a waste of money, I knew. But, besides a visit to a well-fed shopping center, you can at least talk about the city. The story was literally 3 words through gritted teeth. The guide answered the kopros rudely in the style of "shut up". So no one asked any other questions.
3. And the highlight on the cake is a trip to Israel.

When we got stuck on the border with Israel and stood (just standing in line like a snake) in line for 7 hours, other operators jumped up and helped their tourists. At the end of the line and deep ass, only Anex remained. A lot of people called their tour agents. All were sent far away. No help was provided. Like, we don't care, your problems, etc. It was terrible.
