We rested with two families in March 2019, my husband and child and my parents. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00. They met us perfectly at the hotel, gave us wet towels, offered juices. Checked in around 13:00.

And here are more details about the rooms: we were given two deadly rooms with a view of the wall of the neighboring building: the safe does not work, the furniture is terrible old, wooden small windows with dirty glass, when the air conditioner was turned on, pieces of dust flew out of it onto the next bed. There was no bed for a child (7 years old), there was a small narrow sofa, 50-60 centimeters. The shower is a nightmare: just a small closet with a dim light in an old tile with a hole in the floor and a hose. The upholstery on the chair was torn and stained. In a word, I wanted to cry.
Yes, in principle, there should not be such rooms in a 5 * hotel !!!

In the description of the hotel, they write that the Standard rooms were renovated, but in fact, several more buildings stand without repair, and Ukrainians are trying to settle there.
Well, the rooms are renovated, mainly for Italians or those who immediately give money.
I went to the reception and asked to change rooms. Last year we rested in a nearby 4 * hotel and the room was several times better.
After 4 hours of “swings”, the rooms were changed for us, but they emphasized that the new rooms that we were given were not the Standard class, but better. But this is not true! These are the same standards after repair!
In general, the first day passed in a fuss and on the nerves, that is, minus one day of the long-awaited rest.

Room cleaning:
Let's just say, once. The room was not cleaned twice in seven days. For what reason, it is not known (money was always left). I had to catch the cleaning myself or go to the reception to ask to be cleaned. Forgot to put shower gel. Parents did not have glasses in the room. For three days I asked to bring glasses to the room: I went to the reception twice, once I went to the guide ...everyone said yes, fine, and as a result, a complete ignore.
On the third day I caught a cleaning worker and asked him directly. Brought in 5 minutes.

Kitchen:
- In general, the food is good, varied. Good breakfasts: pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast cereals, cereals, yoghurts...Snacks at the beach bar are very good: pizza (so-so), french fries, zucchini, blue ones in batter, hamburgers, fruits...a variety of drinks, cocktails.
They are reluctantly allowed into an Italian restaurant. Sometimes they were not even allowed to sit in the hall, referring to the fact that the table was for 6 people, and there were only 5 of us. This is complete nonsense! I had to go to the tables on the street, but given that the evenings were cool, it was not comfortable to be there, especially to eat. The food was cold in a minute. Again, in the description, the Italian restaurant is allegedly available without restrictions, but this is also not true, you will not be particularly welcome there (((

During your stay at the hotel, you can visit two restaurants once: Indian and Asian.
Tasty everywhere, but especially in Asian: a lot of different meat, Service is just super!

What upset me: my parents had a wedding anniversary, we indicated this before visiting an Indian restaurant, that we would celebrate it. (Moreover, they themselves ask if your visit to the restaurant on this day is connected with some kind of holiday). They promised that somehow they would decorate the table in a festive way, that they would congratulate their parents ...As a result, nothing at all.

Territory:
Two heated pools (one is very small, the other is good)
In the pool with slides, the water was very cold, the heating did not work. And I understand that it's been a long time. And they are not going to fix it.
In general, the area is beautiful.

Excursions from Anex tour:
- ATV safari: not interesting at all (last year we were from another operator - we really liked it. This year the route in the desert was not interesting at all.
-Ride on the Nautilus ship: we paid $75 per person.
And what can I tell you: it's not worth it. And if you are not diving and do not plan to dive, then this is generally money thrown away. We went because of the child. We were promised that on the 1st floor of the ship there would be a bathyscaphe and a beautiful view: fish, corals . . as a result: everything is muddy, nothing is particularly visible.

In general, the hotel is good, the staff is friendly.
In general, we had a good rest, but all these little things about the service and the first day of nerves spoiled the overall impression of the hotel a little. Will we be back.. ? Not sure.
