First time in Egypt.
Family with 2 children (9 and 2) years old. I never wrote reviews. I want to note that the hotel did not ask to write reviews. Since the opinions on this hotel are different, I decided to write. carefully read the reviews. At some point I even wanted to change the hotel, but decided to go. And they did not regret it a bit.
Now in order.
We arrived at the hotel at about 9 pm. We drove to the hotel for an hour. We met with towels and smiles. We were immediately taken to a restaurant and then checked in. We booked with a sea view. Before arriving, I wrote to the hotel by e-mail and asked for a room closer to the sea. the reception said that they give a good room. It was already dark. They took us to the room. We liked it immediately.
Everything worked in the room. They cleaned it every day. They constantly asked if everything was in order and if everything was fine.

The food is good. The children had something to eat. And side dishes and fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, desserts. Not an exquisite menu, but there were also delicious dishes. We also went to an Italian restaurant, there is an excellent fresh juice and I liked breakfast more there, and in an international one. I want to note the waiter Hani and the guy who fries omelets and pancakes in the Italian restaurant. guys!!!
In general, the staff can be seen that they are also trying . . They are constantly busy with something.

The hotel has a lot of Italians and Ukrainians.
The sea is good. Upon arrival, there was a low tide from the shore. After 3 days, there was a tide and you could go from the shore. In general, the sea is not for everybody. Who wants to see other hotels from the shore with children.
Animation can not say that something special, but it was.
We swam in a large pool and went to the water park. The water is passable but not icy.
Territory well-groomed.
In general, the holiday was a success and we were satisfied! I recommend the hotel!!!
! I want to note that I met different tourists. Some of them rested here 10 times and 3 each. Of course, there were also dissatisfied tourists. But it all depends on the people, the rooms in which they lodge and depending on what to compare with. with what mood. There may be disadvantages, but there are much more pluses !! !
