Плохой отель. Персонал ворует. Bad hotel. The staff is stealing.

We arrived on 04/01/19 at 11:00 and waited until 14:00. At 2:00 p. m. , they settled into an uncleaned room. They said to leave things and rest on the territory until the room was cleaned. When they arrived 30 minutes later. the phone was no longer in the bag; it was stolen by the staff who cleaned the room. I immediately turned to the reception, 5 men searched through all my things, found nothing, and that was it. I wrote a statement about the loss of the phone, they said they would look for it, well, they are still looking for it... They said to the police if you want to apply, then you will go to the department yourself with an interpreter to the hotel, they don’t call the police. They said they would move to another room at 22.00, they called at 23.20, when the child was already asleep. Moved in the morning of the second. I forgot my earrings in the bathroom, no one returned them either.
Very rude bartenders. Construction is underway on the territory, jackhammers are working, dust is flying. At the entrance to the hotel (there are also residential buildings where we were immediately settled) there is a stench from the sewerage.
I could describe everything in detail, but this hotel does not deserve such attention. : (
