We are solo travelers. We got to Sharm el-Sheikh via Istanbul. We looked at many hotels before the trip. According to the rating and reviews, pricing policy, we chose this hotel and were absolutely satisfied. The room was booked on the official website of the hotel. The flight is on the official website of the airline. We rested from March 30 to April 11. We were more than satisfied with our vacation.
Good location of the hotel, there is where to walk outside. The hotel itself has a large beautiful area where you can just walk around and take beautiful photos. We arrived at the hotel at 1.30 am and at 2.00 we were already in our room. Very pleasant and helpful staff work at the reception, who picked up a beautiful room for us near the beach and helped bring our things to the room. From the room to the beach, the husband counted 40 steps. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Three Russian TV channels, Wi-fi in the room, free minibar, replenished once a week, safe. In bathroom
there was a bath and a shower, hygiene items were replenished daily. Towels were changed as we requested. The problem with a burned out light bulb was solved in 15 minutes. It seemed to us that the air conditioner did not work well, we changed the external unit !! ! half an hour after the appeal and adjusted the indoor unit for almost silent operation. Cleaning in the room is daily, thorough, the cleaner tried not to bother us and meeting us on the street, he asked when it would be convenient for us to clean up the room. And they twisted various swans for us, and all sorts of hearts with flower petals. Nice. On the territory near each pool there is a bar, we counted 4 pools, one with slides. Two a la carte restaurants that can be visited by signing up on the electronic scoreboard at the reception. We were invited additionally to the a la carte restaurant for a special dinner. It was very nice.

In other restaurants you can eat in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, there is also a late dinner in the central restaurant from 23.00 to . 1.00. There are two restaurants in the main building, international and Italian, we went to them in turn, alternated. In Italian they cook delicious pasta, in the international me a young man, in the vegetables department, made wonderful vegetable salads.
In the morning they served fresh orange juice, juices from packages and from machines, coffee, cocoa, tea. A good children's menu - a variety of yogurts in the package, 4 types of cereals, always mashed potatoes, 8 types of breakfast cereals and a thermos with hot milk. For adults, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried beef bacon. A lot of cheeses, 2-3 types of sausages, vegetables, fruits. There is a corner for PP adherents. Thought of everyone in this hotel. For lunch and dinner, the variety of dishes delights. There is everything your heart desires - boiled, stewed, fried and grilled. We were in the hotel for 12 nights, during which time they served crabs four times. A variety of meat and fish dishes, there are shawarma and pizza stations. We really enjoyed the wild rice as a side dish. From fruits - agave, tangerines, oranges, apples, pomegranates, bananas, strawberries, melons. Baking is a separate topic, we have never seen such a variety anywhere, and everything is very tasty. I forgot to say more about breakfast - they fried pancakes, donuts, waffles and a huge amount of marmalade, honey, jam and chocolate.
There were always two kinds of soups for lunch, they even cooked borscht, which was very good.
On the beach from 12.00 until the evening, another bar-restaurant began to work. If it was too lazy to go to the main restaurant for lunch, we ate on the beach. The choice of food, of course, is less than in the main building, but more than sufficient. They also baked delicious pizza there. In all the restaurants where we ate in this hotel, very pleasant and well-trained staff. On the third day, everyone already recognized us and offered us food and drinks, according to our requests on the previous days. A trifle, but nice. The sea is a separate poem, this is what we go to Egypt for, despite the transport difficulties. The sea in Sharm is gorgeous. By the way, this hotel has a very decent reef, not worse than the reserve. Better, probably, only in the Blue Lagoon. And to the left and to the right of the pontoon, beauty in any direction. Of course, everyone wants a stationary pontoon, and this is understandable, but this is a rarity in Egypt. I think that it is not just expensive, but very expensive. The beaches at the hotel are clean, well-groomed, there were always enough sunbeds, clean towels, there were both tired and brand new, but there were more new ones. There are four large beach areas along the sea at different levels, one small beach area at the very end on the left. There was enough space for everyone, even taking into account the "occupiers of places", where without these.

The beach has a volleyball court, bocha, animators constantly invite you to various sports and recreational activities. Each evening, the amphitheater hosted a show, either through the efforts of the local animation team or a show by guest artists. For Italian tourists they organized their events, we managed to go to them, very interesting and informative. Live music artists and violinists performed on the stage next to the terrace-bar. In general, they were very satisfied with the rest. On Booking, I read a lady’s review that everything is bad here, and they give Russian-speaking rooms next to the construction site, and it’s noisy there and dirty (we specially walked next to the construction site during the day - it’s barely audible, everything is completed, curtained, no dirt, there is a pool nearby, children in they sleep in wheelchairs in the shade), and the food is bad (there were crabs only once! . And for a second, in other hotels every day? ). The rooms are terrible, dirty, the cleaning is disgusting in her words - either I don’t understand anything, or we were in different hotels. The beaches are not like that, the pontoon is not that kind, no one is allowed into the Italian restaurant except Italians. Believe it or not, the hotel is cool, comfortable, tasty and beautiful. People, just different people come there. We also saw show-offs from the part of Russian-speaking tourists (Ukraine, Belarus, Russia) - bring it, go don’t bother, and outright disgusting - at lunch in a restaurant, climb with your feet on a chair and sit on the phone, no, but sho, it’s convenient . And if in such cases employees made comments, resentment and indignation, like they are rude to us. We saw several times how vacationers carried huge plates from the restaurant, with a slide, strawberries in two hands, probably, they cooked jam. No one stopped and did not force to return back, everything is for vacationers.

And do not forget anywhere and never that life-giving tips can significantly improve the quality of your stay in any hotel and restaurant. Do not be greedy, and you will be happy! Treat all hotel employees with respect, from lawn waterers to the general manager, and you will be reciprocated. By the way, I had a DR and the boy who looked after our lawn gave me a bouquet of flowers from local flower beds. It was very nice.
