I must say right away that we go on vacation twice a year and have something to compare with.
When the hotel is fully loaded, there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. All sunbeds of different formats and a lot of old and broken ones. There is not a single ramp to go down to the beach itself with a stroller. The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, and the ramps are at a minimum. Only the lazy did not write about the broken floating pontoon in the comments. I confirm that it is almost impossible to walk on it when the waves are light.
In general, the hotel area is like a stone jungle. The entire territory is occupied by buildings. In addition to grass, and then with bald spots, and palm trees, you will not see anything here. There is very little greenery, it would be more correct to say that it is not here.

All public areas (bars, restaurants, booths) are very dirty and old. One gets the impression that they have been badly cleaned and washed here for 5 years already. Otherwise, I can’t even imagine how such dirt could be achieved.
Separately, I want to note the dirt of bar counters, cafe signs, tables, elevators. This is horrendous dirt.
Many write that there is discrimination in the hotel, but I did not notice this. The Italians have other bracelets, as the operator sold them other services, nothing more.
Number. We have a room after renovation, but everything is done in a purely Egyptian way, tyap-blunder. But you can live.
Restaurant. This item needs to be described separately. Chairs and tables, napkin holders, overalls are DIRTY, not because there are a lot of people in the hotel and they do not have time to clean, but because they NEVER carry out general cleaning. Such a sticky layer is probably not washed off. Even if you come immediately to the opening of the restaurant and are the first to sit at the table, you will sit at a DIRTY TABLE ON A DIRTY CHAIR... There are no teaspoons in the restaurant, which surprised me a lot, only wooden sticks.
The food is average, I can't single out anything particularly positive or negative. That said, you won't go hungry. Desserts are bad.
Pools. Peeling paint on the floor near the main pool. The grates for the drain are broken, the ladder for descending into the water is broken. The bar is dirty. I watched how the bartenders came at 9 am (the bar opens at 10) and smoked and drank coffee for an hour and did not take a rag even once. As there was a dirty bar in the evening, it remained so. The manager came, looked and left. See everything is fine.
There are 3 heated pools. This is of course a plus. For me the only one.
There is no point in talking to the staff. Nothing changes.
Conclusion. I would by no means recommend this hotel, especially with children in strollers. It is clearly seen that this is a chain hotel, which has a problem that is not controlled. I have never seen a restaurant manager make a remark to his employees. So this kind of work in this hotel is the norm. All the staff see the dirty tables in the lobby but no one does anything.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, especially for 40.000 UAH. 3* in Sri Lanka were 10 times better.
Only advertisers work well, as the hotel has a full load.
