We went to rest in Egypt solely for the sake of the sea. In Egypt for the 3rd time (before that we were in the Sea Club, and Royal Albatros Moderna). Sunrise of the above was the weakest hotel. Its only advantage is not a long pontoon and location in the center of civilization, i. e. outside the hotel you can also find entertainment for yourself. The service leaves much to be desired, the choice of dishes in the restaurant is very modest. The rooms are in need of updating for a long time. The staff is friendly, no problems. The animators are trying, but virgin soil cannot be lifted with bare hands. The guy on the beach, an employee of the leather shop "KIRCHILAR" Roma, is a very pleasant young man. He organized a trip to this store for us, and despite the fact that we did not manage to pick up anything there, he did not spoil the relationship with us after that. But our guide from TEZtour, Mukhamed, is just as sensitive and responsive as Snezhana Denisovna !! ! After we didn’t find a jacket in Kirchilar, we decided to go to the Fashion Show - also Turkish leather, we are regular customers there. Several times they looked for our guide to order a transfer to the store, but they did not find it, the same Roma advised to take a taxi. We took a taxi, bought everything, satisfied, we pass by the reception, the main restaurant, our guide is sitting on the terrace, smoking. He saw us with a package from the "Fashion Show" almost swallowed his cigarette from indignation that they did not go through it. And until the end of the holiday, we were enemies number one for him !! ! In general, we had a good rest, I can confirm everything that was said in previous reviews by 100%. Everyone saw and experienced it for themselves. Almost all vacationers who returned with us on the bus from different hotels admitted that the service in Egypt has become much worse over the past 2 years. Of the animators, I would very much like to mention Sana (she is from Egypt) - children simply adore, although she does not know Russian, and Katya from Kyiv is a smart girl !! !
