We flew as a couple from the Dnieper, the arrival was in the evening, we were at the hotel at about 20-00. We were 3 people, my husband and I and another woman, also from the Dnieper. Check-in went terribly! and this is the only global minus that we saw in this hotel. They do not speak Russian at the reception, only Italian or English, but this did not stop us from speaking in broken English. So, they handed over the keys and we went, and we went to the 4000 building, which is immediately behind the restaurant on the left side. We go in, and, "What is this?? ? Is this not the same number as in the photo ??? " to which Bellboy shrugged. We returned to the reception, they tell us that these are standard rooms and give two more keys in the same buildings. Despite the fact that we were terribly tired and sooooo hungry, we shook our heads and urged to provide us with a room that we pay for. In general, that evening we stayed in the 4000s, and in the afternoon we were promised to change the room. And so it happened, they gave a normal number, with a step. So demand!! ! After we got acquainted with our compatriots and exactly the same situation was with everyone. Many simply waved a hand at it, someone paid extra, someone, like us, achieved. The Italians are met by animators who take them to their rooms and talk about services and infrastructure along the way. But, apart from the situation with the number, we have never felt left out)))
The hotel itself is very green, beautiful and clean. This is our 5th hotel in Egypt, so we have long ceased to pay attention to the number of rooms and cleanliness, in our understanding, cleaning in the rooms. For me, Egyptian cleaning is making the beds and changing the towels, that's all!
The food is pretty bad. Meat is not a great choice, 2-3 types, but we always had enough. Excellent cheeses, ham almost like ours, not toilet paper). People did not particularly crowd around the distribution, everything was civilized. At lunch and dinner, the restaurant had draft wine and beer. In the bars, beer, rum, whiskey, gin, vodka. It's all locally made, but it's not diluted, as we once encountered in one of the hotels. Therefore, I was surprised that I was numb after drinking a couple of gin tonics)))

The sea is excellent, it was almost all the time warm and calm. A wave rose for a couple of days, but the pier was open. There is an undercurrent, but we knew about it. The water temperature was 27 degrees. The reef is quite good, beautiful corals and a lot of fish.
The staff is not intrusive, everyone smiles and says hello. And if you are with a blue bracelet, they say hello not HELLO, but GOOD DAY. Although, they sometimes guessed, because the Europeans are also with blue bracelets. Our animators are 4 people, two girls from Ukraine and two Egyptians. Animation is for the lazy, but everything suited us. prefer the sea and sunbathing). Italian animation is sooooo active, they have a lot of everything, and water aerobics, and exercises, and basketball, and some kind of comic games, and themed evenings in the amphitheater. We also looked there, but everything is in Italian)
In summary, I want to say that we had a great rest, we will be back again)
