We read positive reviews and chose this hotel. But we got a slightly different impression.
We rested at the end of July - early. August 2020.
Territory. Big and beautiful. But they are poorly looked after. You can often see plastic cups on the ground and floating in the pool.
Number. Big, spacious. There is a kettle. Upon check-in, they gave 5 tea bags and sugar. Water is brought every day. Gel and shampoo are replenished every other day. Soap was only put on the first day.

Beach. Beautiful reef. But quite a long pontoon. There is an entrance from the shore, but it’s not very pleasant to enter, because. rocks and dead corals. You can get hurt. Need special shoes. And the depth is maximum to the waist (with my height 160). You can dive, but it's hard to swim. We went from the shore only when it was stormy and it was forbidden to swim from the pontoon. In the morning, the tide is out - and the water is knee-deep. On the pontoon you can take a mask, fins, life jacket. All this is free. Rescuer boys keep a good eye on vacationers. There is a current in the sea when it is difficult to swim. They come to help.
Nutrition. Basically quite tasty, but little variety. Everything is pretty modest. Due to the pandemic, there is no buffet, when you yourself put what you want and how much you want. All the food is behind glass and you need to order what to put you. Everything would be fine, but, firstly, they give out a little - one piece of a tomato (if you want more - ask, they will put another one with a very dissatisfied expression), a few small pieces of cucumbers, a spoonful of potatoes (for a man this is nothing at all), etc. . Secondly, when there are a lot of people, you have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes. You stand with a plate like you are asking for alms.

From meat - mostly small pieces of chicken, where there are more bones than meat, and which are also given one per plate. Dinner is lamb. Once they gave small cutlets (already put 2 things). You have to beg for drinks and wait a very long time until they bring them. Over time, they put up a bar with drinks. It became easier. I was struck by the fact that coffee from bags. Custard can only be taken at the bar.
From fruits they gave apples, grapes, figs (one fruit per day).
The pastries are pretty tasty. But if you come an hour late, you may not find anything.
Despite the fact that the hotel is filled, if not 100%, then 80-90% for sure, they cook little.

I didn't like the service at the restaurant. Sleepy waiters (regardless of whether it is morning or evening). In addition, discrimination is felt - if an Arab approaches, he is served in the first place, and you stand and wait until they deign to pay attention to you. Many waiters do not understand Russian (or maybe they pretend not to understand). Sometimes they can put not what they ordered.

Purity. The room is cleaned every other day (despite the epidemiological situation, when disinfection must be carried out several times a day). The only thing is that beach towels are changed every day. There is no disinfection of sunbeds on the beach, cleaning is very superficial. It wouldn't hurt to take out the trash more often. Glasses are scattered on the beach. A torn mattress was thrown out by a storm. It's been like this for 3 days now.
The restaurant also did not notice that the tables were disinfected. Only periodically measure the temperature. And that's not for everyone. These are all preventive measures to spread the virus.
You will not want to return to this hotel.
