Secondly, there is no special entertainment, not counting the small children's pool and the likeness of a playground. There seems to be an Italian mini-club, but it's kind of very quiet. Thirdly, the children's menu for the little ones is very limited. Well, that's my mom's point of view. In fact, there were quite a lot of children, mostly kids up to 2-3 years old.

They even wanted to change, but when they went to look around, they appreciated the benefits. The view from the terrace is amazing: the whole territory is in full view, and the sea. The restaurant is nearby, the beach is a stone's throw and you go straight to the pontoon. There is a small pool right next to the villa, I went there in the morning, because I didn’t want to go to the sea alone, and my husband slept off. ) There is a bar next to the pool, we drank coffee there in the morning. In general, almost all the villas are well located, I did not see any rooms "with a view of the concrete wall". ) Rooms in a pleasant colonial style without oriental pomposity, spacious. There is a safe. Cleaned every day, traditionally make figurines from towels.
The reef is very good, a great variety of different fish. There is a diving center on site. After that I regretted that I had not booked a dive there. Excursion diving was not so interesting. There is wind, there were often waves. But that didn't stop me from snorkelling. And to swim just like that - yes, it's not very convenient, it's better in the pool. During our stay, the red flag was hung out only for 1 hour a day, when the lifeguard had lunch.

The food is normal. I won’t say that it’s insanely delicious, but edible. A large selection of dishes even for vegetarians and citizens who are forced to follow a diet. Emphasis on Italian cuisine. I would say that these are Egyptian variations on a theme. But, from vacationers I heard that the chef is Italian. I don't know if it's true or not. Slightly strange rules: for example, at lunch or dinner, wine is given one glass per person. The husband wanted to take two at dinner, so at first they refused, and then asked what room he was from. (??? ) We didn't insist anymore, one at a time, whether it's worth it to be so humiliated because of the extra 150 grams of cheap wine. Oh, and what else struck me was the soup bowls. I had so much fun when I saw them! Tiny bowls of 120-150 grams with a big stretch. This is for adults! I give my two-year-old son even more. In general, such a little stingy olinkus. ))) Gala dinner twice a week: on Wednesday - Arabic cuisine, on Friday - Italian. The Arabic dinner was really tasty and colorful, we had a lot of fun.
Holidaymakers are 90% Italian. Of the remaining 10% - most of all Ukrainians. The atmosphere is pleasant: cheerful, contact people, behave decently, do not drink and do not rage. And contrary to fears from such a concentration of Italians - not even noisy. ))
From entertainment: beach volleyball, mini-football, gym, SPA center. After dinner, there is nothing to do, frankly. There is one bar near the pool, there is good live music that you can listen to with a cup of coffee or a glass of cola. It is simply impossible to drink local alcohol. And there is no guilt. We love to sit in the bar by the sea in the evening with a glass of wine, listen to the waves. But here we had to adjust plans, because the beach bar did not work at all, and wine was only in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Therefore, in those days when they did not return late from excursions, they made a two-hour promenade outside the hotel and sat somewhere in a bar. Well, or on your terrace. The sea was not audible, but visible. )) True, mosquitoes devour mercilessly, the raptor, of course, does not save. Therefore, I advise you to stock up on ointment or smoke. And do not ignore duty free, because buying normal alcohol in Egypt is a big problem.
Once we went to Sharm El Sheikh. If you don't go, you won't lose anything. There is nothing interesting there. The main attraction is the market "Old Town", although the souvenirs there are the same as everywhere else. In principle, you can go to Soho, but we were not there, we learned about it later.

The declared Wi-Fi in the generally accepted sense is not in the hotel. There is some semblance of a paid Internet club with three seemingly antediluvian computers. We brought a tablet with the expectation to communicate with relatives via Skype, we were told that they could connect us for 5 euros per hour. Why not make a normal coating on the territory, or at least in the lobby bar near the reception, is a mystery to me. And there is another problem that I ran into. It is impossible to iron clothes. At the reception, we were told that there is no such service (there is no laundry either) and there is no iron for rent to iron it ourselves. Then one of the vacationers said that it seems that you can take it somewhere to stroke, at a price of 3-5 euros per item. But I can't vouch for the authenticity either. So, if you take clothes made from natural fabrics with you, take a travel iron right away.
A separate song is a hotel guide from Tez-tour Karim. Just a miracle, not a guide. Zero information, help in organizational questions - zero. Tak insisted on an informational meeting, even called us when we were 1 minute late. As a result, it turned out that he could not say anything about the hotel, because he was in it for the first time (why not come 20 minutes before the meeting and clarify everything at the reception? ), In Sharm el-Sheikh - too. He said - you can’t get anything, only with him on a sightseeing tour. What you can see, where to go, - he also avoided answering, they say only on a tour. Straight up trade secret. It's the same with organizational questions - I wrote everything down, but didn't specify anything. All talk about the proposed excursions and only about them. When they politely refused them, he generally lost interest in us, was offended, did not even say hello. He did not leave information about the transfer on the day of departure. In general, there is no information board from the Tez-tour, or even an information folder for vacationers at the reception desk (as, for example, at Pegasus). On the last day, we had to call him ourselves to find out about the transfer.
But despite the annoying little things, in general, we liked the hotel. I can safely recommend it as a place for a good rest.
