Rested in Tamra Beach for the second time. Exactly a year ago there was nothing to complain about, so I decided to stay here again.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the official check-in time, but after giving the boy from the reception a couple of chocolates, the issue of check-in was resolved instantly.
Before nightfall everything was fine, but the entertainment team was too noisy, their activities ended only at the first hour of the night. My room was opposite the loudspeakers, so it was impossible to fall asleep after the road and the first day of impressions.

The next day I went to solve the problem of moving to the reception in a more distant room from the entertainment center. This is where the problems started... The employee at the reception desk promised to solve the problem with relocation, but after a couple of hours, then after a few more hours, then the next day he promised in the affirmative, and left for two days off. The employee who replaced the previous one repeated this procedure again with his promises, explaining the problem with the high workload of the hotel (in my opinion, the hotel was occupied by thirty percent). And only the third replacement staff solved my problem in a few minutes.
Approximately the same thing began to happen before leaving. Pulled with the return of the deposit for beach towels. The conversation was held in high tones.
There was another unpleasant moment when a bus tour to the "Old Town" was formed. The driver of the hotel bus, having learned that some passengers, i. e. we, being Russians, insistently demanded that we get out, started calling somewhere, "cut" circles around the bus. The issue was resolved only after the intervention of a senior from the Eden Village company.
These unpleasant moments spoiled the overall impression of the hotel.
Otherwise, everything is fine - the food is very tasty and varied, a lot of fish and seafood. The restaurant staff and bartenders are very friendly. The bars near the central pool and on the beach prepare delicious coffee. Outside tourists from other hotels were not allowed into the beach area, so I didn’t worry about things left for a long time.
Next time I will look at other hotels.
