1) The restaurant is poorly cleaned, the highchair always had to be looked for and washed with wet wipes before putting the child there. Cutlery is not available, they asked for a teaspoon for the child - and this was a whole problem, because. either they did not understand and generally ignored, or they brought the same big one. A paper napkin was laid out one per person and there were no more on the table, as in no other place.
2) The food is almost all terribly salted and peppered, in general, not very tasty. It’s terrible for a small child, there is almost no food, only boiled chicken and boiled vegetables. Everything else on the "kids menu" was terribly spicy and salty. Chlorine flavored mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables probably boiled it in chlorinated water.

3) The rooms are very old, broken plumbing. The playpen for sleeping is just a disaster, it seems that for 10 years it has never been washed, all in terrible black spots, sticky, under the mattress they found a piece of biscuit and a cotton swab. It was disgusting to touch all this, and there it was necessary to put the baby to sleep.
4) After the rain, our room was flooded, the water level was above the ankle, poop gushed from the drain holes in the shower and from the toilet bowl, and all this was seasoned with a dozen large cockroaches that emerged from nooks and crannies. We called the reception several times, went to the reception, and only an hour later a man came and said to collect things. It was necessary to urgently collect two hefty suitcases of things, walking around the room in a swamp of poop and cockroaches! There was no apology or any "comforting compliments" from the hotel, as if everything was in the order of things.
5) It seems that you had to pay extra for everything or you were simply ignored. At the reception they could only do something from 5 times or did not do it at all. On the day of departure, they asked for half an hour to bring our luggage and they went for it only when we practically dragged it to the exit. We asked for a last drink and we were denied at the bar, because. free drinks only from 10.00, and now it's 9.50, and it doesn't matter that we leave in 10 minutes, but this day we have paid. In principle, the waiters in the restaurant could ignore or bring not what we ordered, obviously because we did not pay tips.
6) A la carte restaurants, which are included in the all-inclusive tour, are a complete scam. Here in the menu of 10 items, only 3 will really be free, and you still need to pay for all the rest. To get there and try these 3 positions, you need to go through three circles of hell with an automatic booking system, we ruined probably a couple of hours of rest for this in total. In the restaurant itself, again, they are probably waiting for money (although this is included! ) And in general they serve you reluctantly. The waiters simply ignored us and each dish had to wait for 20 minutes. We didn’t wait for dessert in the end, because. the time of patience ended with the child, and we sat there for more than an hour.

7) And finally the sea! Only the beach itself is suitable, which is really sandy and it’s good for a small child to poke around there. The sea itself begins with an old coral, about 200 meters, i. e. there is practically no sandy bottom in the sea. The water on this coral is knee-deep, an adult cannot swim. There is a pontoon, of course, through all this coral to a depth, BUT the swimming area is fenced with buoys by a tiny corral, 5 meters in each direction from the pontoon and that's it. If 10 people bathe there, then it’s not up to the fish, but you just look so that someone doesn’t charge you with a heel in the eye. With all this, a very strong current constantly carries away, it is very difficult to hang out for snorkeling.
Anti-covid measures are poorly implemented: the staff continually tried to touch the child, joyfully parted with the thermometer giving it to the child, the thermometer itself sometimes wrote “Lo” instead of the temperature, which in some devices indicates a low battery charge, a disposable mask is issued one for the entire stay, respectively The mask regime is observed only by the staff.
