Swimming in the sea is possible for those who swim well. The depth from the pontoon is at least 15 meters, the waves are almost all the time, those who do not feel confident will simply not be able to swim. There are many fish, different, there is something to see.

1) The restaurant is poorly cleaned, the highchair always had to be looked for and washed with wet wipes before putting the child there. A paper napkin was laid out one per person and there were no more on the table, as in no other place.
2) The food is almost all terribly salted and peppered, in general, not very tasty. It’s terrible for a small child, there is almost no food, only boiled chicken and boiled vegetables. Everything else on the "kids menu" was terribly spicy and salty. Chlorine flavored mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables probably boiled it in chlorinated water.
3) The rooms are very old, broken plumbing. The playpen for sleeping is just a disaster, it seems that for 10 years it has never been washed, all in terrible black spots, sticky, under the mattress they found a piece of biscuit and a cotton swab. It was disgusting to touch all this, and there it was necessary to put the baby to sleep.
4) After the rain, our room was flooded, the water level was above the ankle, poop gushed from the drain holes in the shower and from the toilet bowl, and all this was seasoned with a dozen large cockroaches that emerged from nooks and crannies. We called the reception several times, went to the reception, and only an hour later a man came and said to collect things. It was necessary to urgently collect two hefty suitcases of things, walking around the room in a swamp of poop and cockroaches! There was no apology or any "comforting compliments" from the hotel, as if everything was in the order of things.
5) It seems that you had to pay extra for everything or you were simply ignored. At the reception they could only do something from 5 times or did not do it at all. On the day of departure, they asked for half an hour to bring our luggage and they went for it only when we practically dragged it to the exit. We asked for a last drink and we were denied at the bar, because. free drinks only from 10.00, and now it's 9.50, and it doesn't matter that we leave in 10 minutes, but this day we have paid. In principle, the waiters in the restaurant could ignore or bring not what we ordered, obviously because we did not pay tips.
6) A la carte restaurants, which are included in the all-inclusive tour, are a complete scam. Here in the menu of 10 items, only 3 will really be free, and you still need to pay for all the rest. To get there and try these 3 positions, you need to go through three circles of hell with an automatic booking system, we ruined probably a couple of hours of rest for this in total. In the restaurant itself, again, they are probably waiting for money (although this is included! ) And in general they serve you reluctantly. The waiters simply ignored us and each dish had to wait for 20 minutes. We didn’t wait for dessert in the end, because. the time of patience ended with the child, and we sat there for more than an hour.
7) And finally the sea! Only the beach itself is suitable, which is really sandy and it’s good for a small child to poke around there. The sea itself begins with an old coral, about 200 meters, i. e. there is practically no sandy bottom in the sea. The water on this coral is knee-deep, an adult cannot swim. There is a pontoon, of course, through all this coral to a depth, BUT the swimming area is fenced with buoys by a tiny corral, 5 meters in each direction from the pontoon and that's it. If 10 people bathe there, then it’s not up to the fish, but you just look so that someone doesn’t charge you with a heel in the eye. With all this, a very strong current constantly carries away, it is very difficult to hang out for snorkeling.
Anti-covid measures are poorly implemented: the staff continually tried to touch the child, joyfully parted with the thermometer giving it to the child, the thermometer itself sometimes wrote “Lo” instead of the temperature, which in some devices indicates a low battery charge, a disposable mask is issued one for the entire stay, respectively The mask regime is observed only by the staff.

The territory of the hotel is solid, a lot of greenery, zoning is thought out, there are no crowds anywhere, there are always free sunbeds by the pools and on the beach. Everywhere is clean and well maintained.
We read a lot of reviews about the beach before choosing a hotel. Indeed, the beach is not very comfortable, the lagoon is suitable for small children, and older children no longer wanted to splash in shallow water. The pontoon is very deep and the waves are strong. If you don't know how to swim, it's better to choose a hotel with a gentle entrance to the sea (our operator warned about this). They sailed with a yellow flag, for 9 days there was never a white (or green) flag. The water is clear, warm, salty, there are many fish, which is very mesmerizing.
The food at the hotel is excellent (almost like in Turkey). Breakfasts are always the same, but you can always find something interesting (omelets are fried with different fillings, there are also other types of eggs (scrambled, poached, hard boiled), toasts, fried peppers, eggplant, pancakes, waffles, etc. , and lunches and dinners quite diverse. Beef, fish, chicken are always in different variations (fried, stewed, grilled). There is always something cooked on the grill on the terrace. Different side dishes, salads, pastries are enough. There is a grill bar open throughout the day. Everywhere they cook delicious. We were always full. Several bars work during the day, we drank local beer, we brought other alcoholic drinks with us. I especially liked the a la carte fish restaurant. 10 out of 10. The dishes are chic, tasty, location with a great view on the sea.
The hotel staff is very friendly, polite, everyone tries. Service is good.
Animation is available for both children and adults. We have always abstained, because animation is not important to us. Therefore, I can not write what it is.
On the day of departure, the room was handed over at 12.00 o'clock. Until the evening we ate, swam and before leaving took a shower in the spa. We regretted that we did not visit it, it seemed cozy and clean.
In general, I liked the hotel, the rest was a success. The only drawback is that there are few toilets, that is, there is only one (only near the grill bar). And this toilet was not very clean. There is no toilet near the pools, you have to go to the room.
Also, the children did not have enough slides (like a water park is being built across the road).

Egyptian drinks are average, Alcoholic cocktails in bars are quite decent, waiters everywhere are very kind. They try to remember what you love, and it's very nice. I don’t understand how they remember when in which restaurant what drinks I chose, what kind of coffee I like and how much ice I need to put in water, not forgetting the lemon).

Water aerobics, which was conducted by Coco and Aladdin, simply charges and cheers up. They dance and humor so harmoniously that it is impossible not to have fun!
The biggest dance and energy pro is Koko.
I generally love Arabic and oriental dances and music, and Koko is simply the god of dance.
It amazes me how it is possible in such heat, also in Ramadan - without food and water, to dance so actively and start people who, in general, are lazy with us). And the guys did it. Well done!
In the evening there were magnificent performances, varied and interesting. Coco, Aladdin, Sam were the best on stage here too! The girls also supported ours and looked great. Lera, Julia, Lena - each contributed to this team. Lena very carefully communicated with the children and entertained them, others also contacted the children, very nice, and it conquered.

I celebrated my birthday at the hotel, I arrived alone, I never visited nightclubs in Egypt, although I rested there several times. Always refused.
The animators persuaded me to go, and I did not regret it! International discos with different styles and directions of music, completely different in interior.
Been to Space, Marquee Elfanar Rock Hotel and Tajmahal. The latter impressed with its beauty, splendor, air conditioning, two swimming pools, very large, without crowds. I liked everything in Space, cool music, but very stuffy inside and little space.
If not for the team of our animators, the impressions of the rest would be positive, but not so bright and emotional! Thanks guys! I don’t know how long they will be under the contract in full force, but who loves animation, drive and Arabic dances, you are here.

Of the excursions, there was only a whole day on a yacht on the Paradise White Island, similar to the Maldives. Very impressed! Incredible beauty! On the rest of the excursions I was just on my first visits to Egypt.

I also want to thank the front desk for a job well done. They always helped with all questions, even found my sandals lost at the photo shoot.

Of the minuses, I would name the rooms that need updating, and entering the sea - a lot of stones, almost one narrow zone in shallow water. And from the pontoon, the water is beautiful, but often the currents prohibit swimming. Wi-Fi does not work in the room.

I really want to share one of such memories connected with visiting the Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh with you.
The choice of the hotel was made solely on the basis of positive feedback from tourists who have visited this hotel before. However, bearing in mind the presence on the Internet of a huge number of customized reviews, I did not have any special illusions and hopes. But, fortunately, all the positive information about this hotel has been fully confirmed!
So, I'll start in order: we arrived at the hotel around 9.30. Already at 10.15 we were settled in 7201 rooms. The first impressions were the most pleasant - a spacious room, a beautiful stylish interior, snow-white linen and towels, plumbing in perfect condition, bathrobes, slippers. . . At 11.00 we were fed a late breakfast and served wonderful coffee, which gave me pleasure and gave me back strength after a sleepless night . First of all, we looked at the beach, the pontoon and the territory. Please look at the photos and you will see for yourself. It's hard for me to imagine the amount of money and labor that is invested in the creation of this oasis. . .
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the hotel's main restaurant. The range of main dishes, salads, vegetables, fruits, pastries and sweets will not leave anyone indifferent. Everything is fresh and very tasty! Fortunately, the restaurant has never had French fries, soy sausages, yupi... and other cheap "delights".
The quality of white wine is simply excellent. Service in the restaurant at the appropriate level - unobtrusive, and I would say intelligent. I cannot fail to mention our waiter Mohamed Hathot, who served us throughout the rest. Thank him very much!
I should write separately about the A la carte Italian and fish restaurants. . . but, unfortunately, I just have no words. . . everything was just AMAZING! I will only say one thing - in Kyiv, a visit to a similar restaurant will cost about $ 100. For every four days of stay, hotel guests get the opportunity to visit any of the A la carte (during the 12 days of vacation, we visited A la carte 3 times).
The hotel beach is spacious and perfectly clean. Waiters are constantly serving soft drinks, juices, delicious cocktails and bottled beer.
The beach is equipped with a capital pontoon, which ends with a beautiful, lively reef.
Wi-Fi worked almost throughout the hotel.
As a result, our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh was simply unforgettable!

The room was given a higher category than we booked, cleaning was daily, always surprised with figures from towels. The access to the sea is excellent, the new pier is safe to swim with masks, a lot of fish, always a clean shore, a clean area.
