Before the trip I read reviews about this hotel and now I want to leave my own. We were warned by the tour operator that the service is lame in new hotels, but we did not think that it was so. On the first day, the mood for rest was completely spoiled. Firstly, it immediately became clear that if you are Russian, then no one cares about you here. After 2 hours of waiting, the room was handed a card. After we went to the reception, we changed the card to a working one. After that, our luggage was waiting for about 2 hours. When I went back to reception and gave the porter a tip, the rest of our suitcase was wheeled forward into the room. He was completely smashed, as if he was kicked on all the steps (there are a lot of them). They didn’t swear, because they didn’t want to start the rest with this. By the end of the holiday bought a new suitcase, it seems to me, very cheap. The service did not please for about 5 days. Then, as I understand it, a check came and asked the vacationers about how they like it here. After that, half of the staff disappeared, and those who remained became much friendlier. . But by this time we had adapted and in every place where we spent time we fed our waiter. The room is good overall. Small flaws in the decoration of the bathroom and non-working balcony doors can be ignored. We did not begin to repair them, because on the second floor it is not scary. The last few days there was no hot water, but you can wash with cold water with pleasure after a day at the beach. The hotel itself is very beautiful, lots of pools and greenery. The sea is very warm and clean, and different fish are teeming right next to the hotel, so you don’t have to go on excursions with snorkeling, although I would advise diving, it’s very beautiful. The food is good, but not all restaurants are equally delicious. We chose 2 in which we constantly ate (reef and charm). Another thing I didn't like was mosquitoes and flies. in the evening there were so many mosquitoes that all the legs and arms were fried. I saw how they were poisoned only 1 time. Therefore, in the animation bar, they constantly took a hookah in order to somehow sit. By the way, there is no animation in the evening. Those who are traveling in a small company and are going to sit in the hotel in the evenings will most likely be bored with the songs "accountant, my dear accountant", etc. And it's quite fun during the day. Volleyball and water polo, etc. This hotel is probably the best for families with children and for older people. Regarding excursions, choose which ones are worth going from the Tez-tour, and which you can buy in the city. For example, a bathyscaphe from a mezzanine tour costs 50 dollars, and in the city it costs 15 dollars. There are not very many places on the beach chairs, so if you want to sunbathe on the beach, you need to get up early. We somehow came at 7 o'clock in the morning and there were 4 sunbeds left. The entire first line near the sea is occupied by staff for the Germans laying out their towels long before you wake up, so there is not much point in getting up even earlier. Sunbeds on the balconies on the beach are always free, and near the pools, of which there are more than enough, sunbathing is quite pleasant. Rest in general I consider successful, everything that was negative is quickly forgotten and only good memories remain, of which there are many. So create your own mood and everything will be ok.
