Everywhere is green and flowers. The beach is generally wonderful. Flat, without cascades, all planted with palm trees. The pier is short, stationary. It is very convenient that there are stairs down. The sea is incredible as always.
We were also completely satisfied with the food. From meat: chicken, veal, duck, lamb. There were also crabs, shrimps, fish. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Baking is generally a work of art.
There are 3 snack bars on the territory of the hotel, where you can have a snack with pizza, burgers and delicious pancakes. The bartenders are friendly. The animation is also quite active. Special thanks to the animator Gad. He is simply 10 out of 10. It would be sad without him.
What we didn't quite understand was the lack of a kettle in the room, there is no coffee machine in the main restaurant (the coffee they have is really not very good, and it is not possible to make your own). And even when I asked at the reception for at least one kettle for two rooms, they didn't give us.....
In general, I would be happy to come back here again.

Most of the guests who arrive at this hotel return to it for its "past" merits. Today, this hotel has fallen very low in terms of level, and despite its star rating (5 *) - the hotel is at the level of a 3-star hotel.

The concept of the hotel is not defined. On the one hand, this is a family hotel - in which there is nothing for children (mini mini outdated playground in the open sun, kids club that did not work). On the other hand, this is not a youth hotel, and not a hotel for adults - there is no necessary program, animation, service.

Territory and rooms of the hotel:
-When you check into the hotel, you are greeted by an atmospheric, beautiful and well-groomed area, a spacious hall, a bar in the hall (which, unfortunately, did not work);
-The rooms in which we stayed were "tired", both the state of the room and its filling;
- The music equipment throughout the hotel is worn out, very old, the speakers creak and wheeze - which gives a terrible sound quality;
-The territory of the hotel is large, but apparently they don’t know how or don’t have time to take care of it - for 2 years we have noticed a significant deterioration in the condition of the territory, and from guests who have been earlier, we heard even more criticism. Also a big minus is the "stink" of fertilizers throughout the hotel while watering the plants;
-Across the hotel a huge number of mosquitoes;
-I draw your attention to the fact that the territory of the hotel is cascading (not everyone knows about it in advance);

Beach:
-Unfortunately, the reef dies every year - but the reef of this hotel is still not bad, especially for such a budget hotel;
-Access to the sea only from a short pontoon, immediately very deep (for children and those who do not swim or are afraid of the depth) - this will become a problem.
This is not a minus or a plus, it's just a fact, and everyone chooses for himself what suits him best;

Meals and bars:
-Main restaurant: food in the hotel is very poor, but you will not leave hungry. 1-2 times a week meals are varied, and I also draw your attention to the fact that the MAIN RESTAURANT WORKS NOT IN ALL INCLUSIVE FORMAT, but IN SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE FORMAT (i. e. from alcohol you will be served only beer and wine in very small glasses) , and GUESTS WILL BE FORBIDDEN to bring from the bar! ;
-A la carte restaurants available by appointment. We visited one, which is located in the main building, a beautiful interior is its only plus, in general, the choice there is also not large, but it is more comfortable to be there than in the main restaurant;
-Daytime available stations with not bad burgers, pancakes and ice cream;
-At lunch, "conditional pizza" is served on the territory of the beach bar;
-A level above the beach bar, at lunchtime, you can find a cafe where the Turkish chefs - their food is the most delicious in this hotel, but unfortunately, the choice is also meager;
-Bars - this is another sadness of this hotel, serving in disposable cups, 100-150 ml, and that's how everything is served. This is inconvenient, because you have to not rest, but run for drinks in the heat. With Ice in bars, the problem is constant: on the beach, ice can be found very rarely, ice is never found in cafes that serve kebabs, most often ice can be found in the main bar;

Hotel staff:
-Communication with the reception in my experience was easy, the guys made contact;

-Housekeeping - room cleaning is of very poor quality, check-in is already in a dusty room with an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. According to the concept of the hotel, during the stay, cleaning of the rooms is available at the request of the guest. But unfortunately - we could not get cleanliness in the room.
Despite the cleaning process, and even the tip left for cleaning, after cleaning the room - there was no feeling of cleanliness or freshness in the room: Towels were changed, bedding was made, the total floor area in the room was wiped with a rag soaked in water. In the bathroom, despite the cleaning, there was always the smell of an uncleaned public toilet. The corridors in the buildings were in the same dull state. The condition of the mattress, pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels we got was normal.

- Animators - I will mark this department as absent, because there is no professional "animation team" in the hotel, there is just a "company of guys" who walk along the beach during the day, make noise and create the appearance that there is animation in the hotel. Also, they put on the same playlist with a few outdated tracks that plays every day, and plays around throughout the day.
They could not create a suitable atmosphere for children and adults to relax, neither during the day nor in the evening.

-Restaurants and bars - this is the most problematic department of this hotel. Difficulties constantly arose with the employees of this department, due to the lack of service (there was essentially no service as such, although in the main restaurant it is the waiters who are responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, because the guest himself cannot take them). In the main restaurant, drinks are served only by the waiter, who at first you can’t find, then you can’t wait, and then he brings not what you ordered, and after all this, he doesn’t hold back his indignation at you, why are you chasing him and asking him to bring your order . The employees of the department do not understand that the guests who have a rest in the hotel have come to rest in the all-inclusive format, that the employees are the service personnel in the hotel for the guests, and not vice versa.
Employees of this department can afford crooked glances at guests, evaluating looks, boorish communication, gestures, statements towards the guest in Arabic, etc. - this spoils the mood during the holidays and creates conflict situations. Is it worth evaluating the work of the staff of this department, if their head of the department, Food & Beverage Manager Mohammed sets just such an example, he can also shout at the guest waving his arms, threaten the guest, and he will not get anything for it, despite complaints;

-Guest relay managers: During two holidays I saw 2 different guest houses in the hotel, I can note that, unfortunately, they fail to find a balance between staff and guests, and accordingly solve problems that arise;

Summarizing:
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel even in the super economy segment. Pay attention to other hotels and do not spoil your holiday.

1. Check-in, room
First of all, tourists are to blame when they put 20-50 bucks at the reception and ask to be settled in the best room. Bribery themselves are bred. On this trip we were almost a month in Egypt. We stayed in Guest Houses, 2*, 3*, 4* hotels and this supposedly 5*. So, it was the worst hotel of all and the most expensive. Initially, everything was built on a grand scale, I willingly believe that 8-10 years ago it was a cool hotel that justifies its high-profile title.
But now, alas, everything is falling into a terrible decline, falling off door handles, staggering sockets, in the shower room only in slippers, that's disgusting, just barefoot.
Televisions are strange that they are not black and white, but one of the first models.
The room was NEVER cleaned for a week, even the garbage was not taken out.

BUT my words had a clear meaning and a Miracle happened !! ! I was not allowed to officially send the claim form, BUT they gave my family a good room (169 - superior with a sea view). Cleaning was (personally in our room, as they took note of me - every day, towels in the right amount too). The mosquitoes stayed with us until the end of the holiday - this is a real problem.
Canteens (such as restaurants) with huge queues, terrible breakfasts, Lunches and dinners - at least somehow you could eat (not choose, but just eat).
Sea with one shabby entry, broken sun loungers.
Yes, and places on the beach had to be taken no later than 5 am, otherwise you will lie on a towel on the ground.
Do not leave beach towels on the balcony (two were stolen from us!!! ).
There is practically no Internet, if you go out of the hotel and to the right - there is a small market there, they also sell cards with the Internet, I was seduced. But as it turned out for 11 USD. type I bought 10 GB (it seemed to be enough for a long time !!! ). It ended in three days, I went with claims to the seller and he kind of gave me 3 GB (conclusion: buy only at the airport it's more reliable).
The worst thing is the unsanitary conditions in the hotel!

At the moment, only one "restaurant" was working, and there were three of them in the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were held in the “restaurant” near the reception according to the system: you stand in line and the chef gives out this dish in portions for one person. But these are not all such cooks, you tell some to give more or more, then they gave it.
There are 4 snack bars on site, but only two were open.
The one closer to the sea (there was nothing usual: a small portion of salad, 2-3 pieces of french fries, a kebab, a tortilla, for some reason they didn’t always bring dessert, a small biscuit, everything is like for a child, for an adult man you need two portions). And the one that is closer to the pools there is a "burger". Drinks will be provided if requested.
The food itself is very simple, like in Egypt in general.
Breakfast: yoghurts, coffee, tea, cocoa, their rice pudding, sausages, cheese, such as feta, flour. There was nothing special.
Lunch: potatoes, pasta, chicken, vegetables, soups, squid, semi-raw and not peeled shrimp gave out 2 pcs / person. They don't give anymore. Small langoustine, beans, stewed vegetables, grilled, rice. In general, everything would not be bad if everything was ready, and not half raw.

Sweets: standard, but it seems that in this hotel everything is "second hand".
Of the 7 Ala Carte, only two worked at the moment. And as they explained to us, the restaurant will have free food, but only if you buy at least 1 drink for $5.

Ah, yes! There was always a queue for restaurants.
People could stand for 15-20 minutes.
The second restaurant had a buffet. The cooks gave out only an omelet in the morning and grilled fish or meat and pasta in the evening, everything else was open to everyone.

And at the same moment one cleans the pool, and the management, there were three people, just yells at him.
Of course, we did not understand what was there and how, but we are resting, we came to rest and we are not pleased that they are yelling at each other in front of us.
It was unpleasant to listen to them op.
And in summary: the hotel is not worth the money at all!
And you should not rest in it for any money!
They need to renovate the entire hotel!
Or close it forever!

The room smelled of paint because it was undergoing cosmetic repairs (but there were a lot of smeared mosquitoes on the walls), the shower rust on the walls, the furniture was dirty, the furniture handles were black and sticky, and the air conditioner was buzzing like a tractor. The view from this room was on the wall, the room was as dark as a cellar.
The next day I asked the reception to move us to another room and offered to pay extra, but they didn't take the money from us and moved us to a good clean room. The room was not new, but there was clean furniture and the room was bright, the shower was clean.
Unfortunately there was no gel or shampoo in the room. There were no glasses or cups in the room. Bath towels: one set is new, the other set is scary and obsolete. Bed linen was changed for us on the 4th day, new ones were made, the previous one was worn out and prickly. There are no dryers on the balcony. Clothes were dried simply on chairs. The furniture on the balcony is just wonderful.
The hotel area is very large, there is a place to walk. It has many palm trees, flowers, shrubs and various greenery. The lawn at the hotel is missing (apparently it was not taken care of and it just burned out).
Many pools, clean them once a day, but you need more often, because the leaves of trees and flowers fall into them and it makes you want to swim there. Pools on the territory of 7 and one does not work. There are many umbrellas and sunbeds near them. The equipment is not new, but it is painted and looks like that.
The beach is good, it has sand, it is not trampled, a lot of gorgeous palm trees.
As in the pool, the sunbeds are painted, in some places old and broken, the mattresses are not new. There is a bar on the beach, there are 2 showers, a comfortable toilet. The pontoon is short but not reliable, the water washes the stairs and tears off the boards. Inadvertently, you can cut your hand at the bottom of the pontoon, it is rotten.
The sea is cool, but it's the merit of nature, not the hotel. Near the pontoon the reef is dead, but if you sail a little further it is more interesting. We saw a great variety of fish: barricade, sturgeon, reef shark, turtle, stingray and others. The underwater world there is really cool.
There are animations on the beach and she is super active, charging, volleyball and more. We do not like noise, so at lunch we went to the pool there is complete relaxation and silence.
The main restaurant was open for breakfast from 7.00 to 9.00, lunch from 1.30 to 1.00, dinner from 1.00 to 2.30.
For breakfast, the choice of food was not great, basically in the morning and do not want to overeat. At lunch the choice was great. Dinner was pompous, a large selection of dishes.
There were always chicken, veal, fish and squid. Salmon and tiger prawns were given once. The next day there were seafood soups. There were plenty of sweets, but very little fruit, and no bananas
Although the food is not picky and not picky about my restaurant, my rating is between 3 + and 4-
At lunchtime, grilled potatoes and burgers were served at the pool bar.
The hotel also has a la carte restaurants that are Italian. Serving dishes is very long. The food is normal.
