This hotel was recommended to me by the travel agency manager, as the most successful in terms of price-quality ratio at that time. And I'm glad that he persuaded me, because. the hotel that I myself looked after on the internet was more expensive and worse - we stopped at this hotel on the return transfer to the airport.
Settlement. We flew from Borispol. UIA is not fed - we forgot our "butters" and bought from them for $ 4 not edible ones at all. We were at the hotel for lunch. We were immediately invited to eat, even the bracelets were not yet worn. At the restaurant, the chief cook met us like relatives - in an embroidered shirt. Then we were given envelopes with the numbers of our cottages. Accompanied by the manager without suitcases, I went to look at our accommodation for the next 10 nights. And I didn't like it - it was the first floor and there, in the bathroom, there was a strong smell of mold and sewage. We returned to the "reception", looked at the available rooms on the computer and went to inspect them. After the third issue, I realized that they are all the same inside. Chose on the 2nd floor, without foreign smells and the sea was visible. The compatriots with whom we rested said that they also had such a settlement procedure.
Territory. This is the forte of this hotel. It gives the impression that you are in an arboretum. Such a variety of flora - I wanted to “take a picture” of every tree and bush and flower. Two-storey cottages are buried in greenery and flowers. Silence and privacy… Each cottage has 12 rooms. They are located on several lines from the sea. Foreigners are accommodated on the first line - there are luxury rooms. The whole hotel is terraced to the sea - so many stairs. Many pools, bars and restaurants - for every taste. The territory is large and there are many cozy and secluded places.

Rooms. Standard rooms are all the same. Some have been refurbished, while others are being made. As I write now - the number of rooms is tired. I would say he is very tired. Everything needs repair and hooks in the bathroom - everyone writes about it, it seems - a trifle, but it interferes with life. Bed linen and towels are worn out and need to be updated. But there is a crisis in Egypt. After the crash of the Russian plane, England banned flights to Egypt. The hotel expected that the British would come here in the fall, but so far only the Germans have come...
Sea. This is the main thing! I'm in Egypt 5 times - I saw different reefs. On a 5-point scale, I would put 4. It is there, the fish are also present - but it can be better. Here, the shore with a sheer cliff goes 30 meters at once and the reef is this wall and that's it... There are waves here. For the first two days we had a red flag, then our compatriots nevertheless broke through the defense of the rescuer, saying that we have no waves on the Black Sea. Since the sea here is located in the bay and rests against the rocks, that is, the return wave and in the bathing area there is a chaotic turbulence of waves - “snorting” is not very comfortable.
Beach. Large, comfortable and clean. Good umbrellas and sunbeds with mattresses. The distance between the umbrellas is large - very comfortable. There are two beaches - main and "relax". On the main beach there is a very convenient stationary pontoon - a ladder.
Restaurants. We were only in the main restaurant - we had enough. We came to Egypt in winter to eat their wonderful vegetables and fruits without chemicals. And we got it in full. The chef at this hotel cooks delicious food. Some write that the food is not salted and sweet is not sweet at all. As for me, salt is on the table, and sweets are harmful! But how did this young chef manage to prepare such a varied number of dishes, with obvious cost savings at the hotel... Respect to the chef! We drank beer in the homeland of beer - we really like this light Egyptian beer. My husband also appreciated the whiskey, said that you can drink - not like in Turkey... Yes, we often dined at a restaurant on the beach - very tasty.
Vacationers. The hotel was populated by 30% no more: 10% - British; 10% - Ukrainians; 5% - Germans and the rest - these are Poles, Scandinavians, etc. The Russian dialect was not heard - either they are not there or they are encrypted as Belarusians.

Children. There is nothing for children to do here. There is no entry into the sea from the shore, and there is no heated pool either. Stairs are not very comfortable with a stroller. The kids club is not impressive. There are chairs in the restaurant.
Animation. Two lovely girls from the former Asian republics of the USSR and guys from Egypt. So unobtrusively they were with us all day on the beach. Who wanted to - was engaged in various physical. loads, and with others they just talked like psychologists - the word heals... In the evenings in the main building they held various events, but we did not attend them, because. woke up early and went to bed early. Once a week there is an "African Night", where guest artists perform - this is for a fee. In general, the animation here is quiet - in the cottages there is complete relaxation.
Guide from "Join Ap". We were at a meeting with him, but we did not go on excursions. This year, prices for excursions have decreased - Israel for 1 day - $ 100, safari - $ 10. You can take a free bus at 10 o'clock for an excursion to Naama Bay and at 19.00, 20.00 and 21.00 to Naama Bay or Old Town or Soho.
Managers from "Join Ap". Every day they were on the beach and asked everyone about our problems and they fixed everything very quickly. Nice work girls - thanks!
Staff. This is also a feature of the hotel. The staff is well-trained... In this hotel, the most important manager is an Englishwoman, and her deputy. personnel - Turkish. Therefore, they simply “blew off dust particles” from us - there is no traditional Egyptian “familiarity”. Everyone is very polite, attentive and not intrusive. Managers at the "reception" are always ready to help - you call them "0" at any time. The cleaner in the room Mahmoud is always ready to help. Waiters in restaurants bring everything instantly and remove it only when you allow it - they are always there. On the beach, from 10 o'clock, the waiters themselves deliver beer and other drinks and offer to bring more... There are toilets throughout the hotel - they are very clean, because. each has a cleaner… They made our stay very comfortable – thanks to all of them!

And now - a fly in the ointment in this honey. If there is a plus, then there is a minus somewhere. If there is a lot of flora, then there must be a lot of fauna. The fauna here is represented by blood-sucking brethren: mosquitoes and mosquitoes. If they don't like you very much, then you're in luck. And they simply adore me and my husband, and almost ate us on the first night. They did not react at all to our fumigator. In the morning, the “bitten” went to the “reception” to solve the problem - they don’t have fumigators with local poison - but they offered to pickle the room. It turns out that the guys who came with us did not wait for the morning and called back to the "reception" at night and they were quickly poisoned by the number. The cleaner etched our room, said that it was not necessary to open the door to the loggia, fresh air - only through the air conditioner and left us a can of their "diclophos". Such a daily dressing helped only for the first flight of the "bloodsuckers", and at 4-5 o'clock those who probably lived in the ventilation itself arrived and gave us a "light". Then we also pickled the ventilation before leaving for dinner - there were much fewer of them. Then our Mahmud brought another fumigator with liquid. It was an effective remedy - it was clear that it was bad for mosquitoes, and even worse for us. So you can return to your homeland a complete drug addict. It's also good that I'm not allergic to these bites. But I saw what kind of reaction many vacationers have - tin... I asked why there are so many bloodsuckers, maybe this is a seasonal phenomenon, or some kind of anomalous “splash of nature”, whether they carry out daily dressing of the hotel. They say that at 17.00 they poison, but it doesn’t help, they always have mosquitoes. So, if you go, you have to be armed. There is a market near the hotel - there I saw the same “diclophos” and fumigators with liquid and tablets in the fumigator. Well, that's it - forewarned is forearmed!
