Good day to all! Before any trip, I first read the reviews, look at the rating. After reading the reviews, we were preparing to not expect anything special. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. More than half of what was written below was not true at all.
1. The food is a huge choice. Everything is delicious! There was not a single spoiled dish. Every day there is meat in different cooking options (beef, chicken), fried fish, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits. Pastries, cakes and pastries - I have such a choice I haven't seen it in pastry shops. Even the most fastidious will not remain hungry. And this is only the main restaurant. We were not in all a la carte, we were only in BEACH CLUB (pizza, salads, Egyptian shawarma) AND PULL ISLAND GRILL (hot dogs, burgers, french fries).
2. The territory is huge and green, well-groomed. Always clean, everything is watered. There are flowers all around, the smell is simply unreal throughout the territory. 9 pools, all also clean (every evening and morning they clean).
3. Rooms are those that are on the first line with a sea view, of course, new ones, and the rest are slowly undergoing renovation. We lived in building 22, room 425. The condition of the room is good. The furniture is not new, but not beaten, not creaky. Everything worked. Without any foreign smells, as written below.
4. The beach is also clean. Not big and not small. But at 10 in the morning there may not be places.
5. Service is top notch. Always asking if everything is ok. No one grabbed us by the hand and I do not impose anything. Everyone minds their own business and no one sits still.
6. The sea is something. The water is purest. All the days of our holiday were calm. Beautiful corals and fish swimming nearby.
Between 23.02. by 1.03. the air temperature was +28, the sea +23-24.
There were many people in the hotel. 50% Ukrainians, 40% Germans, 10% Belarusians.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel!
