We took a tour for 8 nights 9 days (11.08-19.08). Departed and arrived on time, there were no delays. The first problem began with the settlement. We arrived in Sharm at 2.30 am and were already at the hotel at 4.00 am. It is clear that we were not seated, but they said that perhaps at 9.00 in the morning something would work out. They didn’t put on bracelets, they said that it wasn’t allowed. Breakfast was not allowed, but water was given out at the bar. So we waited until 9.00, at the reception, and they tell us, they say the number is still busy, wait until 12.00. and so we were fed breakfast right up to 14.00. It's good that at least around 12.30-13.00 we were still given bracelets and we went at least had lunch.
Rooms:
We were put in an old room, but there was air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV and a bathroom. We immediately found a problem with the lock in the door and the safe (it was broken). The husband called the reception and within 30 minutes they changed the safe for a new one and sorted out the door.

Bed linen was not changed. Towels changed 2 times. Always laid out figurines on the bed.
