I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, I don't know why. The hotel is just awesome. I decided to write my impressions.
Vacationing with my husband. It took a very long time to choose between three hotels and settled on this, despite the conflicting reviews. We caught a few points - this is the Relax beach and the green area.
1. Settlement and number.
We were checked in upon arrival at the hotel (5:50 p. m. ). We liked the room, did not change. Our building 27 is quiet, surrounded by greenery. View from the balcony to the garden. The room is clean and tidy, not a speck of dust anywhere. The room has a bed, an old TV with Ukrainian and Russian channels, a large closet, a free safe, a cosmetic table, a mirror, bedside tables and lamps, a refrigerator (filled for a fee and upon request). The bathroom is cleaned with bleach, there are bottles of shampoos and all sorts of gels. The room is a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs.
2. The territory of the hotel.
The hotel area is large and beautiful. Everywhere flowers, palm trees and green grass. 7 clean and different depths of the pools (there is even a children's pool), the sun loungers are not smelly, but not the "first freshness". every day at 18.00 they are chlorinated, and in good faith. Two beaches: main and Relax. For the beach, you definitely need towels with a key card, which is issued upon check-in, to lay on a sunbed. So, the main beach: although there are a lot of sun loungers, if you arrive late, it is very difficult to find free ones. There are tables near the sun loungers, and there are also "mushrooms" for shade. The beach is clean. There is a bar where you can take drinks both cold (beer, cocktails) and hot (coffee, tea), you can have lunch in the afternoon. Entrance to the sea from the pier. There is a rental of masks and fins. Relax-beach: just a chic option for those who want to spend time in silence. There is no bar, children are not allowed, and the beach itself is surrounded by a rock on three sides and only a view of the sea and its noise.
3. Food and service.
The food at the hotel is good. There is a main cafe with a variety of three meals a day (buffet). Additionally, you can eat for free at lunchtime in 4 different bars (grill bar, sweets bar, seafood and beach bar). In short, you definitely won't go hungry! Service is not intrusive. No one has ever demanded or asked us for tea. If you yourself leave for tea, then the waiter begins to "carry" you, but does not ask for it yet.
The cleaners are just great. they ask if everything is fine, if there are any problems, each time they laid out new figures) I was very happy about this. In short, we are happy!
The biggest drawback (but this is even most likely not a hotel problem) is the hotel guide!!! ! M. Allam is just a disgusting type!! ! All he is interested in is that you agree to the tour and as expensive as possible. If you do not take a tour from him, then you are a complete zero for him. In principle, you can not approach him for anything. He will not help or pretend that he does not care about you. Just awful!! !
