You can go once, it doesn’t pull for 5 stars, but in principle it will do for once

Rooms: 5.0
Service: 6.0
Cleanliness: 6.0
Food: 6.0
Amenities: 7.0
1. We went with Join up, there were no overlaps with the flight, and we flew back and forth on time.
2. We arrived at the hotel at 19-00 in the evening, so there were no problems with the settlement. They initially offered a normal room, they didn’t even look at other options. The porter brought the bags and gave $ 1. Therefore, in principle, there were no problems either.
3. About the room....yes, the room is not the first freshness, somewhere there is mold, somewhere there is dust (although I am not a picky person, but even it seemed to me not very clean), but in principle everything worked, the water was hot, there is a refrigerator in the room (empty) but working. The TV is still old with a convex screen, but it even coped with its task by showing Ukrainian Channel 1, Russian, German and a couple of Arabic, in short, you can find out about the news in your homeland. The room furniture is of course obsolete, burnt out and dusty. There is a safe (worked), the air conditioner worked a little noisy but in principle tolerable, by the time of departure on the last day it stank terribly from the toilet.

4. Cleaning in the rooms. When they left $ 1, they cleaned much better than they did at check-in, they even made animals and hearts out of towels a couple of times, soap and shower gel were replenished every day, there was always toilet paper in the room, everything was always beautifully folded . Nothing was missing from the table, even their money (we were on the table until the end of the holiday). We always left a dollar, the guy who cleaned our room when he saw us constantly smiled and greeted.
5. The food at the hotel is the same every day, in the morning scrambled eggs, toast, vegetables, potatoes, etc. In principle, without frills, but we were not hungry. Lunch could go to the buffet, you could eat in their bars, ate pizza on the beach, we liked it, also barbecue chicken in another restaurant was also delicious, there were also sweet pancakes with honey, jam to choose from, also delicious. The ice cream was really not very (watery). Dinner was a buffet, in the main restaurant, you could still sign up for their restaurants but we didn't go.
6. Animation. There is almost none there, just playing on the beach, there was still some water aerobics, but everyone was reluctant to climb into the cold pool, there was also yoga.
7. I DID NOT LIKE IT VERY, a clear separation of people, if Ukrainian or Russian then a green bracelet, if German then blue, and it's not just the color of the bracelet, but the fact that the attitude towards the Germans is better, they smile and they will bring a drink on the beach and they will quickly find free beds. And all because the Germans constantly leave tips and poke them money everywhere and for everything, for a German one euro is not money at all, but for us it is already a sum. More than once we witnessed how these guys on the beach offered Germans have a free sunbed, with sunbeds it’s a completely different story. You can take a free sunbed at 7-30 in the morning, you’ll come at 8, all the sunbeds on the beach are already occupied. for a huge number of sunbeds and then they are sold to the Germans for 1-2 dollars. And they are not embarrassed. And this system works the same way in the main restaurant, the Germans came and told the waiter that they wanted to sit here all the rest and voila, this table was never occupied by others e people, they were the first to carry drinks with a smile and they will offer to repeat the drink and everything is as it should be. Once we observed a conflict on the beach, a girl with a feather occupied sunbeds and went to have breakfast, and the waiter on the beach apparently confused the sunbeds and put two towels on top German grandmothers, when the girl returned, she explained to the grannies that this was her towel and they were lying in their place, the Germans told them to go out, these are our places, the waiter came running and took the girl’s towels and offered them to move to another sunbed, no one apologized to the girl for that German grandmothers were repeated 50 times (no problems, no problems) and immediately brought them a drink. And he walked around smiling at them all day.

8. About drinks....shmurdyak is still the same, diluted to the point of horror. On the beach, glasses are almost not washed, once they poured into a glass and sand is deposited at the bottom, and someone else's lipstick, even watched them wash glasses a couple of times, then you my advice is to take your plastic ones with you, you won’t regret it. I read reviews of people a couple of times that they don’t like it when disposable glasses (my opinion is better disposable because without sand at the bottom and someone else’s lipstick on the glass). Drinking water is everywhere for this reason with simple water was no problem.
9. Beach towels are of course obsolete and dilapidated, but near the pools they gave much newer ones.
10. About the pools there are a lot of them, but people don’t swim because the water is very cold. There is no heating in the pools, even in the children’s pool. The children’s pool is 50 cm but the water is colder than in the sea. also choose where it is better to lie down.
11. SEA..... the sea is very beautiful, warm, beautiful corals and fish, there were always a lot of fish. Entering the sea along the pantone (5 meters) and immediately descending into the sea (30 meters deep) the bottom is not visible, therefore those who don’t know how to swim need a circle or a vest. It’s the same for children. It sits right on the pantone to save and control so that no one collects the queue for entry and exit to the sea, so you won’t be able to sit on the steps to relax, or swim or stand on the pantone rest. Also he didn’t allow me to swim close to the corals or stand on them (in corral slippers). The lifeguard also offered to rent a mask and snorkel from him (I don’t know the price, since it was all my own) and for a big fee you could dive with him (then and corals can be touched and swim wherever you want).
12. Excursions were offered everywhere, but we didn’t take it because we didn’t want to lose days of rest at sea. For excursions they offered: Jerusalem 125 dollars, quad biking 30 dollars, diving 30 dollars, a boat with a transparent bottom, in my opinion 30 dollars.

13. We took a taxi to the old town to the market, the prices, like everywhere else near the hotel, were even cheaper. But in the old town you can eat seafood for an adequate price (although you don’t buy in a restaurant, but in the market and ask to cook). Yes, and about if there are iaski flippers, circles, pads for swimming at home, then take them from home, everything is expensive there. Mask $ 50, pad $ 8, large circle $ 10. Yes, and do not forget to grab mosquito spray (there is also there but more expensive than ours)
15. GENERAL IMPRESSION: A 5-star hotel does not pull, but in principle it is not the worst option for the money. initially we bought a ticket, the operator warned us that the service in Egypt is lame, but people go to look at the sea and its rich underwater world, so they were initially set to be positive. It’s worth going to it once, but the second time probably wouldn’t I chose this hotel. But, in principle, we rested, sunbathed, saw enough of the fish and the rest was not spoiled.
