They settled us a little earlier because they gave us 10 euros, otherwise we had to wait until 14. The room was generally normal, but we ran into the problem that sockets near the cabinets and tables did not work, we charged phones in one working socket on the floor, and this was ours fatal error.

On the very first day, the room was flooded, and one of the phones broke through the hose under the sink, woke up at night from the sound of water, got out of bed and the water level was 10 cm. We called the reception and waited for someone to come, and in the meantime I started everything it's a matter of scooping out. After 30 minutes, I went to the reception myself, on the half way I met a man who was walking towards us. So that you understand the time was 2 am, after an hour of cleaning we were offered to move to another room which is located next to the reception.

I did not like the location of the room, and the prospect of collecting, moving and unpacking things, so we refused and waited for the water to be completely removed.

Also, the boorish attitude of the staff, who boldly declare that they do not put anything into leadership and are not afraid, so SW. Also, the hotel is very noticeable separation by race. Perhaps the division here is completely different, the level of the room, I’ll definitely say for sure that those who wear blue bracelets (mostly Germans) pay more, those who wear green ones (mostly Slavs) respectively less. To people in blue bracelets and the attitude is completely different.

Personally, the attitude towards me was good when he gave money, but it is very quickly forgotten, for example, he gave money to the bartender for which he made me not bad cocktails, he came in five minutes and he frankly makes me slop, he also rinsed his fingers everywhere and did not put ice . And by the way, this is normal, everyone always wash their hands in your drink, they wash the glasses terribly, there are smacks of other drinks, there is always a srach behind the bar, and if you look into the technical room there is generally unsanitary conditions. There is always a queue in ordinary restaurants, if you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, then stand in line, or you are waiting for the opening, or you are already waiting for a place to be vacated. In A la carte restaurants you order only a certain menu (2 options) and pay for drinks, on average it is $ 10 for 3 drinks, it tastes better than in other restaurants, but nothing special.
