I must say right away that I have been to Egypt many times, but I am writing a review for the first time) I am satisfied with the rest, the hotel too. Like everywhere there are pros and cons. This is clear! ) I'll start with the cons, because there are much fewer of them. The mosquitoes just stuck (((The beach is small, there are not enough sunbeds and you need to take them early in the morning ...There are queues for the main restaurant, though there are, but we either came later or went to another, all the more there is a choice. There was no seafood, but we cooked tasty and hungry we were not. The hotel area is very beautiful, green, well-groomed. The pontoon is short, stationary, which is very important in windy weather...

Special thanks for the help of Guest Relation, the pretty tall girl seems to be Svetlana, we had an incident with a SPA employee, the top manager of the hotel immediately reacted and the culprit was punished. The Reef Restaurant and Bar has very diligent employees. The bartender on the beach, Ibrahim, is a master of his craft and super positive, he will find a smile and a kind word for everyone.

And in general, all the workers on the beach: beach fights, the guy who gave out towels, lifeguards - all hardworking and super friendly !! ! Our holiday was a success! Thanks Grand Hotel!
