We stayed at this hotel in November 2019.

A large territory, well-groomed (except for sunbeds worn out by time), the sea is normal, if you sail away from this hotel, you can see a normal beautiful reef and even see some fish). Plenty of food, as well as restaurants. In the main restaurant, there is always a queue, but we had breakfast and dinner in another, closer to the sea. There are no queues at all in this restaurant, well, voooooobshche! And the service environment is much better.
And so, for the New Year, we decided to return to this excellent hotel.
And ended up in a completely different, unfamiliar hotel ((((((((
When we checked in, we immediately changed 3 rooms. As a result, they chose a good and updated No. 926.
Room cleaning:

The cleaner just made the bed without changing the linen, changed our towels, but one day he changed the large towels, and took one small one, and the second one that we made in the bathroom (since we didn’t give rugs) he just folded, and the toilet paper just ended.
To his misfortune, we came early to the room when he was cleaning in the next one, asked to bring toilet paper. But he carried it for about 20 minutes. We called the reception and told everything, the manager immediately came with this cleaner, listened to all the complaints and changed everything for us, brought straight 3 rolls of toilets and even washed the floor, and then washed it every day))) haha ​ ​ but I still had to change the towels later. We didn’t leave him any money, last time the janitor stole 1 euro from our wallet with change, and now we don’t leave anything to anyone.

There is a problem at the main bar, we ordered tea and hot water, waited half an hour, and did not wait !! ! We went to another place, which few people know about, also closer to the sea, there is a lot of space and the bartender is bored.
And now the most important thing: New Year.

When buying a tour, we did not pay for the NG night, we decided to buy there.
We arrived and immediately bought tickets for $ 40 per person, and not for 90. And it turned out that it would be held not in the main, but in another restaurant.
The day before NG, we got a call from the reception and were told to pick up a voucher for NG. As it turned out, the cost of New Year's Eve was already included in the ticket and for the paid additional tickets, we were refunded the money.
Everything went like a regular self-service dinner, queues for shrimp and crabs, which gave out 2 pieces per hand (overcooked or not ready), the alcohol was the same diluted, fuuuu, there were many different cuts of meat, but tasteless, decorated interestingly, but of all this, it was possible to eat only simple ordinary products,
On this night (the only one of all time), it’s true, they gave bananas right on the branches, there were oranges and tangerines, apples and other fruits, but everything was whole, sit and cut yourself, there was almost no music, it was tuned for a long time and their terribly loud melodies were turned on .
We went to the room for caviar and whiskey, returned and normally arranged a table for ourselves, ate and drank good alcohol.
Then we went to a party, the animators there are bad, the competitions are terrible and stupid, closer to 1 a. m. there was music for dancing, we just played billiards and drank). Then the guys who were in the restaurant for $40 joined us and told the following:

Everyone is polite, you can’t see or hear anyone, there are no queues, there are just a million glasses, but you don’t need to go for them, they are brought by super polite waiters... pineapple burgers appeared, which we didn’t even see at all... oh, early we left!
We concluded that we need to behave not like friends, but like Russians with them. Show your fiiii, so that they feel like slaves, they probably like it, and when you loosen it a little and start smiling, god forbid you give them 1 dollar... all! They are already vassals!!!
