The hotel area is just gorgeous. There are a lot of pools and they are near each building, but they were only cold and no one swam. But they were regularly cleaned. Very beautiful, green and very well-kept area. I've been to other hotels, but this area is my favourite. The food here is average, neither good nor bad. Room service is so-so. When we checked in, the room was covered in dust and the door to the balcony was damaged, but then we tidied up and fixed it ourselves. But our safe did not work and no one helped us during the entire stay, although we mentioned it more than once. I was happy with the rest and nothing bad happened, everything was more or less normal.
