Hotel and staff, food is just awful. Save on everything. Now I'll tell you about the dining room, we have never seen such horror in Sharm, forget about the buffet and all inclusive.
When we arrived, there were few people for 3 days, there was no choice for breakfast in the morning, all 12 days we ate scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage and yogurt and 2 pancakes. You are not asked whether you like it or not, eat what you are given, and if you do not want to, sit hungry. I asked for 5 pieces of pancakes, since I don’t eat everything else, they brought me, I found a bug there, called the waiter, he took this pancake away, then the elder came up and said that it was a speck from the grill, but after I showed the video he apologized. But that didn't make it any easier for me.
There was a menu for lunch and dinner, but what was written on the menu was not true. You order one thing, they bring something completely different, there is no bread, salt and pepper have never been on the table. The staff eats food on the go, sweat flows into our plates. Plastic cups are a separate issue. In general, we ruffled our nerves all 12 days of rest. The waiters pretended not to understand us. Very often there was no beer, water was not interrogated either, then it is not there, and when there is, they give 1 bottle of 0.5 per person. Bars are open from 10.00, but if you haven’t stocked up on water since the evening, you will be without water until 10.00, and it’s not a fact that it will appear.

The territory of the hotel is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere, the pools are dirty, some do not work. The staff at the bar is rude. There is no Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel, there is at the reception, but it catches very badly. Now the beach: there is a bar on the beach, which is open from 10.00, but there is also often no beer and water is given only in glasses, when you ask for more water, they are sent to another bar. This we have not seen yet in any hotel, although in Egypt the 3rd time. The beach is beautiful, but there is no sandy entry. Right off the cliff, the coral reef is very bad, there are very few fish. With not full settlement of people, there were not enough sunbeds. People were fighting for beds.
The bar on the beach has lunch at 12.30 (lunch is too big a word), pita (this is a bun in their concept, and there is a little bit of minced meat). Vegetarian pizza, rotten tomatoes and dough, that's their pizza, but good pizza is made by the chefs and their staff. We saw how they make it for themselves (believe me, these are 2 big differences). Bartenders sell beer, for a jar of 5 dollars. Although they say that there is no beer. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are kilometer-long queues, no matter what time you come, everyone is angry, the tables in the dining room are either not wiped, or they are wiped with a dirty, smelly rag, and sometimes they just brushed it off with paper. We spent a lot of our time standing in line for food.
Guys, if you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to this hotel, we came back not rested, but even more tired.
