Have been to this hotel 4 times already. I want to note that before there were questions to him, but the whole sea and a cozy bay compensated. This time it was much worse at times. The hotel has turned into a complete Mr.
Every time I came, I was amazed that many buildings were collapsed - supposedly they were being renovated, but no one had been repairing anything for many years. This time there were more of them and they have already closed half of the hotel, having driven the vacationers into several buildings. The number of rooms is old. The rooms are dirty and not always cleaned. This time they finally finished off with beach towels. Now they could not be exchanged on the beach or by the pool, but only at the reception. And then, I'm not exactly sure if they were changed there? Since those who know the territory of the hotel will understand me that few people want to run up the long stairs from the beach to the reception in the heat. Therefore, they did not even change towels during the entire stay.
The food has deteriorated significantly. A very weak assortment and food is exhibited both new and yesterday's. Previously, at the bar under the reception, you could easily take plain water. This time it turned out to be a big problem. She almost never was. On the beach, alcohol was diluted even more and after 5-10 minutes. after the bar opened at 10 o'clock in the morning, the beer ended and did not appear there again until the evening. In short, the hotel has become just awful and the service is disgusting. We planned to go back in November, but now we are looking for another hotel instead.

A big request to the hotel representative, who is responding to reviews here, do not write standard phrases like "we'll find out, fix, fix everything, we're glad you wrote and come to us again", but really influence the situation and fix the hotel service or even close the hotel for renovation. And then it turns out fraud and deception of tourists along with the tour operator Joyne Up, they sell tours to tourists at a good price (not much lower than before) and at the same time they do not provide services by 70%. And the tour operator does not respond to complaints from tourists at all. Although we are not so demanding, but now it hurts. It is a pity that Egyptian managers do not give a damn about tourists tomorrow, and Ukrainians may not go to them, just like tourists from other countries. Don't waste your last. I gave one star only for the accommodation.
