Towels were taken from the room early in the morning and brought late in the evening, and sometimes they didn’t bring them at all. Beach towels are dirty and smelly. The hotel staff is not attentive to Russians, and when you start demanding something from them, they immediately pretend that they do not understand anything. The food also did not differ in variety, all 15 days were the same. The children's table, if you can call it that, is simply horror in eating live pepper. There is simply no animation. So we had to entertain ourselves. Entering the sea is a constant pandemonium on pantone. They didn't clean the room, they just made the beds. in general the hotel does not live up to its stars. The maximum that can be assigned to him is three stars no more.
