Check-in went without problems. because we immediately paid for the superior room. The room was on the first line closer to the Relax beach. Cleaned up well. There were few Russian speakers in the hotel at that time. This was a big plus, but English must be at least at the school level. All the staff were just learning to speak Russian.
There were no problems with food and alcohol. 2 main restaurants and 5 a la carte (in each of them 1 meal is free). Maybe the meat is not very diverse.
