Firstly, I absolutely did not know what I would have to face in this monstrous hotel. in TA they promised that a good hotel, etc. and since it was necessary to fly away urgently, she agreed to what was offered.
Firstly, this chicken coop does not even pull 2 ​ ​ stars. roadside bunkhouses are much nicer than this creepy inn. . .
for 11 nights of my stay - they never changed either the towel or bed linen. and the bedspreads on the bed and on the couch were so dirty. . . that it was simply dangerous to sit on them. not only ruin your clothes, but you never know what to catch an infection. I never sat on the sofa.
there was no water in the hotel, i. e. if you want to drink just water, go to the store.
food is a disaster! : )))))))

if you didn’t jump in for breakfast at 7-30, and for example at 8-30, then there is absolutely nothing to do there. the maximum you can count on is 1 boiled egg and a roll. and if you rush in at 7-30, then the choice is still not rich: a bun, a pancake, an egg, boiled potatoes, fried sausages with onions (all 11 days)
same for dinner. . .
the hotel staff absolutely does not respect the chain of command and does not realize that they are just service personnel and are constantly tormented by customers.
and the safe!!!! ! : ))))) it's generally - Otpad!

in short - never go to this creepy hotel.
Ha! and then they ask you to rate the entertainment. . . there is no entertainment in the hotel, except for a huge cat. ))))))
