I stayed at this hotel for New Years. I am an absolutely unpretentious tourist. But even this father (that's what it says on the billboards) killed me. I rarely write reviews. Once again, I am convinced that you can trust negative reviews (rarely, in the euphoria of visiting something, in the first minute that comes across, they will start scribbling a super-positive review).
So. Upon arrival, we were given a dirty room. Yes, the beds and towels are clean, but there is a layer of dust and dirt on the floors. The time was late, after 24.00, so we gave up on it and went to bed. In the morning they reported (or rather, asked to clean up the room) at the reception. After that, cleaning was carried out only three times in a row, and that's it!! ! And how is the cleaning... Change of bedding, towels (towels were changed only twice).
Why am I paying attention to this?

On January 1st there was a downpour with hail. Flooded all of Sharm el-Sheikh. Tivoli included. There was no electricity, no water. The water in the room was ankle deep. Realizing that this was a disaster, the guys from the hotel cleaned up the consequences of the disaster, we, like Belarusians, cleaned the room ourselves - because. for cleaning horseradish what they asked for, they decided to use towels for these purposes. 5 (!!! ) times I came up and reminded about it. Luckily we brought our own towels. Was used as a bucket. In view of the lack of water, do not go to the toilet, the water for flushing was taken from the pool in a large bottle. On January 2, having reminded us several times about cleaning, we left late at night for an excursion to Cairo. We returned at 5 am on the 4th. The number is not cleared!! ! At 9 am, I sat with the hotel manager with dirty towels and demanded to sort it out. On the same evening, we had a scheduled departure, we asked for an extension (yes, which extension, leave things in the room), as compensation for the lawlessness, to which we were told that we did not require (!!! ) cleaning. Pay extra $20 and go until 6!!!!
And the fact that they didn’t clean it, well, we’ll fine the cleaners! Service is cool!! ! Nutrition. There are no special questions for the kitchen. They didn't leave hungry. Just one moment. If I ask to put a piece of meat with a plate, then the cook will throw a small piece, and then you wait, ask to put more, and so on. Yes, dishes with broken edges, it didn’t really hurt me, some complained. When there was no electricity (January 1) there was a candlelit dinner))) In general, we tried.
Bar. All inclusive?!? ! Alcohol from 10 am to 10 pm. Beer only during lunch and dinner, in small plastic cups, you constantly come up, they pour you. Well, I won’t talk about its quality - it’s water (and it seems that they’re bottled, they close it with a cork, they dug it up and pour it in front of you, stupidly and stupidly). Next is the pool bar. You will find a petty bartender. Pour constantly had to beg. Badyazhat badyazhenny alcohol. This is trash!! ! Pours into plastic. With us, a tourist from Germany popped a tip, then she does it in glass. Beer at the bar - for a fee ($ 4 like).
Tea, coffee - only during breakfast, lunch and dinner - instant coffee and several times brewed tea. The rest of the time - to the bar for denyuzhku.
